Balcony for predator control using thermal imaging scope on rifle. If the camera works like you want, maybe put one in the back to give you complete coverage around your house.

I wish I could accomplish what you have. Having said that, every time you show the front windows from outside, I tell TV you to finish the trim please. It triggers my OCD, lol.
Well, when we call, we'll call for our "final inspection", but we know that we don't have everything we need in order to get the FINAL okay, BUT they will give you a "temporary" okay to live in the house. Did explain that so it made sense? It is a little confusing, and something I never knew about until I was building a house.
Is your bedroom deck just for esthetics...it's too small for anything else!!! I would want to put a couple chairs out there!!!! After you get into the house, I'd make it bigger!

A window would work as well, but they door serves the same purpose and we get the added benefit of a small deck.
