@@oscarp7443 yes with some players with good ratings. You can increase their potentials in first season and again in the next season until age 21. Keep them playing and make sure their morale is high.
@@nepaninz I had a player who was a ‘exciting prospect’ but once they turned 22 it said they where at the club since 2020
Does this work for someone who has very little potanshal
Have not tried someone with very little potential but theoretically it should work after couple of recalls. Normally it works for players with below age 21 and has a status. If the player do not have a status then a player with 70-79 ratings will change from no status to showing great potential.
