You’re probably using a more professional camera for this video which doesnt give the brightness enough justice but for everyone else, i swear the neopixel looks like a REAL lightsaber on most smartphone cameras (even really good ones)

Disney Sabers are just cheap toys! The others, Vader Sabers, Theory Sabers, NSabers, NeoSabers, Art Sabers and Sabertrio Sabers are the real deal!

So how bout now. 2024. Disney legacy saber set on sale for $179, free shipping. Neppixel bare bones with the good blade, $433. How's the value comparison there. Especially for someone who will just display the hilt and occasionally hold the hilt, in private?
That's almost how it started for me. First it was some cheapo baselit off Amazon for $80. The smooth swing was cool as hell, but I wanted a replica with a pixel blade. Then picked up some Disney sabers and realized the exact same thing. Looked geat, but didn't feel like a lightsaber. Next thing you know, I'm knee deep in the custom market and loving these toys. Reinvigorated my love for Star Wars.
Neopixel sabers are just amazing. My wife and I have a couple of them with some having CFX, Proffie, Xenopixel, and Golden Harvest V3. My favorite right now is Golden Harvest right now. I love it simply for the features it has especially saber editor and how easy to install fonts on it.
I hate the Custom Sabers thing the neopixel has on it, thats why i prefer the legacy, just for darth vader
Why do Art sabers and Vaders Sabers have that “custom saber” tag on the Vader hilts ? Is it removable? 🤔
I own both the Galaxy’s Edge Legacy saber and a Neopixel, and I love both of them! The lights, sounds and effects on the Neopixel are far superior, but I still very much enjoy the Legacy saber, especially for the design and feel of the hilt. Plus, if you get it at the park, I imagine it would make for a great souvenir.

Thanks for the video i was wonderig about the quality and you answered! Just have one question, what about the neopixel durability for a lightsaber fight? i saw that the disney one is very strong for this, hard to broke and hard to damage the light, what about the neopixel one?
The only good thing about Legacy series lightsaber are the quality of the hilts and quite easy to equip.
Been going through your videos and found this gem.
I’m trying to bounce on this idea also. Do I want to keep collecting the galaxy’s edge ones .. or buy the neopixels. But the question is if I’m not going to be playing with them is it still worth the price differences?
