    How wonderful to see these plans to start rebuilding Ukraine! It must give hope to all the Broken Victims of this Horrendous War, I hope I live to see this all come to fruition, an for the brave people of Ukraine to have Peace an some sort of normality restored in their lives, God Bless all those who are working on this to happen, Greetings an Prayers from GB 🙋🙏

    Modern prefab style homes required as required also in the UK, simular to the prefabs built after WW11, but here they will be given to the channel boat people.

      Thanks for the question @jonbrown5056! This type of transitional housing could be funded like many of the transitional housing in the United States - where the developer either master leases the entire project to the government (a regional or federal agency) or owns the property and then rents out units directly to the temporary renters, who pay the developer a market rent using a tenant-based voucher. But there could be many other ways as well, when combining financial and policy innovation to this design innovation.

      @@TB-bb6kb in the case above, the government usually does - either local, state, or federal tax goes to housing development and subsidy - HUD, for example, has an annual budget of $72 billion…
