Modern prefab style homes required as required also in the UK, simular to the prefabs built after WW11, but here they will be given to the channel boat people.

This type of transitional housing could be funded like many of the transitional housing in the United States - where the developer either master leases the entire project to the government (a regional or federal agency) or owns the property and then rents out units directly to the temporary renters, who pay the developer a market rent using a tenant-based voucher. But there could be many other ways as well, when combining financial and policy innovation to this design innovation.
