Did you find fermented soybeans? It’s called Hawaijar in Manipuri. The consistency is similar to Japanese “natto”. I don’t know what natto is called in Chinese. Btw did you try the authentic Manipuri cuisine?
@@MasterJin 豆瓣酱 is similar but it has other spices like chili and salt in it. On the other hand fermented soyabean in northeast India is made by packing boiled soybeans in a leaf without addition of salt and spices and left to ferment above the fireplace and consumed as it is or dried in the sun to use later. Most people make chutney out of it with salt, chili and other herbs or add it pork or other meats. Chinese people have more variations of the fermented soyabeans.

We Chinese have thousands of years of war experience, and the world's armed forces today cannot find an opponent for the PLA, nor can the US military. The PLA really does not want to fight the Indian army, and the Chinese government is waiting patiently for the Indian government to figure out the reason. Indian troops had to withdraw from Chinese territory, which they had occupied only in 1947.
