I had no idea such small differences in models could have such an enormous tonal effect. I recently got a copy of a Stradivari golden period Violin. The sound is so sweet and a true soprano. Everything is perfectly under my fingers. I’m in heaven with my new violin. Edgar your insights are great and very appreciated.
Edgar Hi! I just turned 40 in 2022. Have you seen Cheryl Macomber's channel? She is a wonderful maker in the US. Love the color of Mina's violin! I would like to say that your shop is very inviting. All the best.
Nice followup to the last video! I bought a full size poster of the messiah Stradivari violin- I am using tracing paper to get the starting outline and shapes. I’m specifically not being too precise at first and then refining it on my own to slowly develop a more individual model. This was the starting place I chose, probably as good as any other. I don’t think there are any violin makers within 500km of where I live (I would be very surprised) so it is nice to see your workshop and how you as an experienced violin maker do your day to day stuff!
Hi Philip, I'm Marcelo from Patatagonia Argentina, so as you far away to find something related to violin making. Having Edgar and other makers in the web is so good for us! I strongly recommend to invest in Edgars violin making academy.

Now we learn that a true master can create a violin that looks almost like the old one.
Does it also sound like the old?
