Tips I can think of to improve 3x3: full pll (if you don’t know already), good f2l solutions, and better look ahead 2x2: idk faster tps maybe and find ways with less moves for first layer/face. Pyraminx: color neutral and intuitive l4e. Also how are you already almost sub 20 when I took almost a year and a half to get to sub 20?!?! (Probably because it took me a year to switch to cfop buuuuuuuut ummm yea).
