@@thefourthperspective Yeah personally, I think this was the record where the records started going downhill in terms of mixing. Just kinda turned into cookie-cutter album tones. Thrill Seeker and Messengers really had a raw, signature sound that sounded like the band, not like the mix engineer. They always have great music and songwriting, but I wish they could go back to sounding like August Burns Red and not Carson & Grant.
Makes you realize how talented they are when one guy breaks it down effortlessly. Amazing work JB. On point every note 99% won't realize how difficult that is nowadays to keep up. Dustin as well always blowing our minds wtf haha, you guys are pure inspiration brothers keep blessing us!!!
My son , nephew and I where forunate enough to catch them live in my hometown of Louisville KY in March. Right before the lockdown .. amazing show 5 ⭐🌟🌠💖💫

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SETTLING A BET I HAD! I've been telling people for like 10 years that you play the opening riff on one string and the very difficult trem picked run the way I see here. I thought I sucked really really bad for a long time because I couldn't nail it. I play this song daily as a warm up and could never get back to the G string from the high e on that part haha.
