- Years into their relationship, Tim and Millie (Dave Franco and Alison Brie) find themselves at a crossroads as they move to the country, abandoning all that is familiar in their lives except each other. With tensions already flaring, a nightmarish encounter with a mysterious, unnatural force threatens to corrupt their lives, their love, and their flesh.
I can tell that this is one of the movies that is going to make the whole theater silent and uncomfortable.

I usually get hungry and go out to eat after a movie.

@cor.tenebrarum inspired is fine. thats like a movie based off a book that hasnt been a movie yet. its not a reboot or a sequel. the xfiles was great so at least theyre inspired by something good and xfiles was episodic for the most part so if anything is changed im not going to be upset. changing a series like lotr would be weird.

People on Reddit were digging through the public records and it seems that Together was already being funded before Better Half script was sent in but that doesn’t mean Together script writer aren’t able to change their script similar to Better Half.
I’m trying not to take side when it’s only the accuser’s side being presented with most ppl not being able to even watch both movies.
Reminds me when Netflix’s show 1899 was accused of stealing a small comic artist’s story entirely.
People instantly took that artist’s side and flooded Netflix and 1899 for stealing without having seen the comic nor 1889.
Once people saw both, it was clear that the artist was bullshitting. The whole damning evidences were greatly exaggerated to fit the narrative that 1899 stole her works.
Together lawsuit does seems to very damning at the moment so I’m waiting to see if that’s really the case or if it’s another one of those not actually similar thing.
Together responded by showing how they already had their scripts registered back in 2019 with the whole body merging couple storyline.
That's a year prior to Better Half sending in their script and they are also claiming that they already had most of the details which Better Half is accusing them of having stolen later on.
Gotta wait to see if Together's 2019 script do really have all the details down already like they claimed.

During The Daily Show interview the main actors heard mix opinions about the ending from the audience. Some wanted “to love like that” while their partners were disgusted.
I see the ending as uniquely refreshing because the its different than “Uzumaki,” CoD Black Ops 3, and Crysis. I would go as far as to say that the film reinvented the definition of a happy ending.
My bro interpreted midway into the film as “no one wins, everyone is unalive” despite “Weapons” not having a clear happy ending.
