Love that honesty Jack!!!! You’re honestly the first person I’ve watched who has admitted to feeling that way when they’re out in the elements and somewhere new 🙌Thankyou for normalising what many people experience even if they don’t say it 🫣🙌🙌🙌 also, meh, Ellie ate off your spoon 🤷‍♀️I’m sure she covers you in lots of kisses that a little spoon action ain’t going to be a biggie 🤣🤣🤣 love the relationship you both have, it is very much a gift from God 🙏🙏🙏🙏

hey man, if you ever get a henkerin to do some camping on the White Earth Res I sure would appreciate the video, my father was the first member born in an actual cabin on that reservation and my Grandfather of course he was born in a teepee and his father was an elder medicine man and cheef of the tribe . . . sadly I have never been but I do hope to change that, a bit of video and a few pics is all I know of it, stories from my relatives who are all gone now... my grandfather moved to the pacific northwest in 32' and worked at lockheed his entire life, he only went back once that I know of... White Earth calls to me often..
i'd fix the metal in that building then pitch inside if it the weather gets nasty, then all she'd need is a nice heavy tarp over that opening weighted down at the bottom.. . . . double structure are very nice in foul weather, a tent inside a tent when its hot or cold.. yup

9:00 my new favorite camping snack is hot homemade cider! Just dice up an apple per person, add enough water for them to float, add apple pie spice and as much whisky as you like! Let it simmer away all evening and scoop out a mug full any time you like :) the longer it simmers the better it gets! :)

My wife and I have traveled for almost 2 years full-time RVing in our motorhome covering so many national parks out West. We are also connected because we live in the lakes country of Minnesota by Starlake near Perham Minnesota. We also lived in Fort Myers for six years and then we took off traveling in our motorhome. We also love Sanabel island and our hearts were broken when hurricane Ian destroyed so much, we were touched by your visit back to Sanabel island. We’re also dog lovers and have two ruby red labs. I looked up the location of the park and is close to the cities. If you can you should have a 2nd ammendment item with you just in case. I always wondered how old Ellie is by now.
And I was wondering why their daughter is wearing a rubber head.
Always praying and God Bless The Stewards.🙏

That was a cranial reshaping helmet. Babies have very soft heads and sometimes they develop flat spots. The helmet rounded out her head.

Thank you for explaining, she's a Precious Girl.
I was still wondering how old Ellie would be now, it was explained how they got Ellie in 2020 but not how old she was.😊
Ellie is real adorable and very well behaved.

We want to get out there sometime!! Do you have any campgrounds that are off the beaten oath nearby that you would recommend?

Robbin’s Pond near Watersmeet Mi. Check out the legend of the Paulding Light . I think this would be a great place for you to check out and an interesting storyline for your channel.

The Ottawa National Forest Courtney Lake campground is a favorite of mine. My parents would take our family of six kids and spend our whole summer school break at the lake in one large canvas tent (The Blue Goose Hotel) My mother was in charge all day cooked all meals over open fire. My father would commute back and forth to his job in Ontonagon with his J-3 Piper cub from grass airfield 1 mile from the lake. I had a wonderful childhood and am blessed with memories and love of nature

When I camp…it’s almost always solo..I can’t wait for morning. I don’t sleep well the first night, it doesn’t matter what I do. I tried a secluded place but I was freaked out. I stick to paid parks being a 64 yr old female.😂😂😂. Yep it’s spooky.

It may just be me. But, I will have to have some kind of firearm with me. Not just for the 4 legged predators but for the 2 as well. They are the scariest. Love your channel and Ellie.
