Dash Of Salt 少许盐
100g Pau Flour 包粉
15g Custard Powder 蛋黄粉
15g Milk Powder 奶粉
5g Baking Powder 泡打粉

这糕点的制作不需要很长的时间 ,熟练之后可以在早上现做现吃 ,一定特別香 。
还可以配搭一些坚果 ,葡萄干之类的早餐食品 ,再来杯豆浆 ,或是奶茶、咖啡。
那真是太辛福了 。

@@mrpetercookingshow7690 是的 ,在超市買的马來盏 经常是几天前制作的 ,已经与刚出鍋时的味道相去甚远 。而这马来盏恰好是我太太最喜欢的 糕点 ,她看到这視频时整个人都跳起来,她的标准搭配是马来盏 + 玉米片泡奶茶 。多年前 我们家附近有个手工糕点店 , 马来盏经常是我们的早点 ;但自从那店结束营业后 , 就找不到那让人回味无窮的味道了。

可能:1.面糊拌好后有静置10分钟吗?
2.泡打粉(发粉)有过期吗?
3.模具有整个泡油吗?
