    3 Eggs 鸡蛋
    70g Brown Sugar 褐糖
    Dash Of Salt 少许盐
    100g Pau Flour 包粉
    15g Custard Powder 蛋黄粉
    15g Milk Powder 奶粉
    5g Baking Powder 泡打粉
    20g Veg Oil 植物油

    This is so amazing cake... Simple and tasty... But not everyone know how to make it even though the recipe already revealed. Tq for such a wonderful video and off course your recipe.

    这糕点的制作不需要很长的时间 ,熟练之后可以在早上现做现吃 ,一定特別香 。
    还可以配搭一些坚果 ,葡萄干之类的早餐食品 ,再来杯豆浆 ,或是奶茶、咖啡。
    那真是太辛福了 。

      @@mrpetercookingshow7690 是的 ,在超市買的马來盏 经常是几天前制作的 ,已经与刚出鍋时的味道相去甚远 。而这马来盏恰好是我太太最喜欢的 糕点 ,她看到这視频时整个人都跳起来,她的标准搭配是马来盏 + 玉米片泡奶茶 。多年前 我们家附近有个手工糕点店 , 马来盏经常是我们的早点 ;但自从那店结束营业后 , 就找不到那让人回味无窮的味道了。

    Please may I check with you. Is this the Malay ko that is always sold together with pau and har kow, siew mai in the shops?
    No milk powder. Can skip? Will taste be greatly affected?

    Peter舅舅你好,今天我学做了您所教导的马来盏,但是成果出来只是塔模的形状,并没有像您做的会攀高😰而且还有点扎实,到底是哪一个 步骤错了才会这样,请您给予指导🙏吃起来味道超好的只是不很鬆软。希望得到您的回复。谢谢

      可能:1.面糊拌好后有静置10分钟吗?
      2.泡打粉(发粉)有过期吗?
      3.模具有整个泡油吗?
