Hey I signed up for this today. I never heard of it till recently. I'm watching a couple of videos on RUclips and I have to say it looks like something that I know I'll fit right in. My brother and I take care of Mom at home so at least I will get comfortable with this. It's going to great. I hope I can get a chance to shine. I'm a grandfather myself. My granddaughter and grandson, call me PAPA.👍☺️
I've been a Papa Pal for 6 weeks and have had 2 jobs. Both jobs I was underpaid by Papa Pals. They do not have any way for the Pals to talk with anyone about pay disputes. There is no HR department or payroll department. They simply have you fill out an online form and tell you they will get back to you within 2 days. That was 5 weeks ago. In addition, Pals can no longer talk to anyone on the phone for assistance. Everything is done via virtual chat bots, which are no help at all. This company has one priority, and one priority only, and that is to bill as many insurance companies as possible for as much as they can in order to pay high priced executives that run this scam. The Pals, the ones who actually make the whole thing tick are treated like scum and paid next to nothing. Work here at your own risk. I quit!
Now that I'm reading this I'm wondering why my three payments are still pending. This is a fulfilling job Don't get me wrong however the engine that's running it seems like a lemon to me!
Papa like to have us employees not use a protected VPN so that all of our member and health insurance provider information can get hacked at will. Awesome.
They will tell you in the app if a car is required for certain visits. You'll obviously need a car to get to in home visits, but they have a virtual visit option too. Virtual visits require a part-time or full-time position, but in home visits are drop in. Check it out!
@@youtubestreets3915 In my area the visits are far away. You'll need some kind of transportation to get to client. Hopefully they are closer to you. I had a visit recently where no car was required but the lady asked me to take her to Walmart. I reported that through the app. Normally I'd call support but I was feeling nice. She ended up basically taking advantage of my kindness unfortunately by not leaving Walmart till 25 minutes after the visit was supposed to end. Then I had to drive her back home 10 mins away. (She wanted to go in alone at Walmart) I did not make it evident that I was upset about the delay because in my opinion that's bad customer service but I did document all of that through the app after I completed the visit. Her house was also about an hour away from my house. It was easy money but I don't think I'll do a visit for that lady again.
I’ve sign up for phone sessions to do from home I’ve no luck seeing any in the app just in-person visits. I am very disappointed as Regis isn’t how it seems to me

Do I need to have a car to do this job, or could I just choose to do other things like house calls?..

@@missCaution8 thank you
@@LyoneBFiere yw!
In my state you don't need a car for home visits, unless if the client wants you to give them a ride someplace.
