Disappointing that the final baneling detonation to win the game was not shown more clearly. We didn't get to see Scarlet select the few banelings from the running pack of units and burrow them just before they came into the vision of Bomber. It was a crazy play that was the apex of the game but the video editing completely missed the opportunity to show it. What a shame.
I thought the same thing. It's like they're focusing on the lesser of the two burrowed bane hits, without showing the actual game ending mega hit. Weird.
the best part of those last two burrowed banes is that NOBODY saw them though, the casters and the crowd were just as surprised as bomber when his whole marine army turned to goo
I really do think that was the point of not showing us the setup, so we as viewers share in the shock. I do think they should have replayed that last blast in multiple perspectives though, not just the crowd screen in poor quality. Not sure why they just replayed the first one.
Starcraft 2 is kinda Sim city, but you have to spend your money into an army and you have an opponent. You gotta evolve at the same speed as your opponent or you're gonna get overwhelmed economically. The more money you have (more bases) the stronger army you're gonna get. You need to kill all opponent's buildings or make your opponent leave the game to win.
@Aluzky Listen clown, in my native language we literally have no gender related pronoun, I respect him or her ( how ever she wants to be referred ), as an individual, and you should do the same thing, instead of being annoying 'loser' correcting people in comment sections.

Now I want to see the entire series. Scarlett's control of banelings is incredible. Marine micro is really difficult, but they don't have to worry about the friendly-fire melee-range attack of exploding baneling splash damage. I think banelings are one of the most difficult units to micro. Hats off.

You can not really classify Scarlett as the best female in E-Sports. There are many different E-Sports out there that require different skills and mentalities in order to be the best. Bomber was the player that really got my SC2 burning back in 2012. Six year later and I kinda want my life back, but man, looking back at that game makes me feel like it was all worth it.
meta isn't an esports term, it's often used to describe a narrative that sticks to the conventions of a genre in literature, it was adopted in esports to have a similar meaning, the meta is what is considered to be the conventional way to play at the time.
This is my first time seeing a female gamer getting so much recognition and love for her skills and intelligence even from male audiences. And I love it. Just getting started with Star Craft 2 and I’m only getting to know pro players.
Living Flower *She's. You can still call a transwoman a transwoman, and just say she; and realize the difference between actual women when it counts, like competition, Olympics, etc. Or this, because of faster muscle-twitch response and hand/eye by biology. But where it doesn't count, where it doesn't matter if she is full or not - she is just a trans woman playing gaming, it isn't the deal you want to make it, there is no one being slighted here like there are in some of the other trans playing in women sports issues as other areas. There is literally no reason to not call her a she. And she wants it. A transwoman, just keep it as a third category in your mind. And label that *she.

George Thain, while some for some are confused, and some for sure are transtrenders, to say each and everyone of them is mentally ill is not reality. Gender dysphoria is a real disorder, like it or not. She actually transitioned at this point to, with the clear idea of not being one of the "countless genders" and is one of two, despite sex being different - thus to me, the third category of transwoman, where it counts.
What they dont said about that game, is how close to loose was all the time scarlett, they continue with the same units over 30 min because only 1 extra mutalisk or marine that it would have die in a constant rate of aggression would mean a GG for one or the other. The was no time or money to unit change, if bomber cease just 1 min the aggresion scarlett would have gain map control with their mutalisk, but bomber had scalertt at the edge of losing all the time in her base, it was incredible to see that at the end she won after 35 min of constant micro
So main foreigners lived and trained in Korea before 2013, e.g. Idra, TLO etc... And no, this is not one of the best games of StarCraft I've ever seen. Not even top 5 to be honest. And this doesn't include StarCraft 1.
ProseColored Glasses I am not particularily with or agaisnt transgender treatment, however, i am concerned about pleople trying to force their opinions of something they dont really know, if you are a girl in your head because you are born with the brain of a girl but in a boy body, do you think that it is something that can be treated? psychotherapy proven that no its not possible or extremely infective, i dont even see how changing the IDENTITY a PERSON is BORN WITH is a "cure" Also, i bet that when you are on that situation you are totally aware of what you do, there is no "desilution", they simply live how they can instead of battling uselessly until the end of their days. BTW the harm you are talking about doesnt seem to stop Scarlet from being peak starcraft player, a game where your brain needs to be performing perfectly
@ProseColored Glasses have you ever thought that maybe people who are transgender have a increased suicide rate because assholes like yourself? If i had id probably kill myself also because it would be impossible to be normal unless i hate myself and lie to myself everyday and that is more painful then not trying to be what id want to be. So how about you shut the fuck up and get all the other tranaphobes to aswell and see if the rates drop, because they will.

Bomber was the player that really got my SC2 burning back in 2012. Six year later and I kinda want my life back, but man, looking back at that game makes me feel like it was all worth it.
I watched this series. It was amazing.
I subscribed for these kinds of videos, thanks, and keep up! :D
"playing with koreans in korea was unheard of at the time" - no, it wasn't.
Happy I got to see this live. So amazing.
How about making a memeoey vid about why its called 'meta'
meta isn't an esports term, it's often used to describe a narrative that sticks to the conventions of a genre in literature, it was adopted in esports to have a similar meaning, the meta is what is considered to be the conventional way to play at the time.
@@ImSavvas thanks. I didn't know that.
read books, people.
This is my favorite SC2 match. I watched it live on stream :)
All hail the Queen of Blades!
Do Dignitas vs NRG Rocket League Season 5 Grand Final Series. Seriously one of the most intense eSports moments I've ever seen.
getting in the comments before its full of feces
Well you posted, it’s full of feces already. Anime avatar, weeb shit
I'm the captain now ?
@Alexander Russell From what i have seen no matter how you point it out, good or not so good, its never okay for some people.
I have never every played starcraft II with anyone, but i was hyped af and amazed at this play as a MOBA player...
God I love Scarlett! Would love to see you guys cover more female gamers like this....Geguri from the OWL would be an excellent person to profile
"Female"
Lol
wiLL Yes! Female gamers
He probably meant that she is M2F transgender.
Yeah I picked up on that....I didn’t want to acknowledge his hate speech though. She’s a she. Not a “female “
> Scarlett
> female
Choose one
That is probably the greatest baneling hit of the SC2 history, you are underselling yourself Scarlett.
YEET
Y E E E T
This series was always up there for me with the run Squirtle had to the GSL finals for the first ever rainbow road. That finals was insane.
YAH YEET YAH
This is my first time seeing a female gamer getting so much recognition and love for her skills and intelligence even from male audiences. And I love it. Just getting started with Star Craft 2 and I’m only getting to know pro players.
That’s a man, actually
its a man. Its basicly a transgender.
@@zenmaster8826 She is male-to-female trans. Saying "that's a man" is considered very rude. It's actually very hurtful. You could try some empathy...
@@ohaRega
*He
He is used for the male sex…. Scarlett is male
@@zenmaster8826 You know how being transgender works, right?
Scarlett is such an attractive girl. I am fallen
it's a guy disguised as a girl... you're attracted to males. it's okay.
Finally! A StarCraft video!
i never understand this game lol
Is not that complicated, but at the same time, it is
Gotta play it
@Joji River
That's usually how it is when you watch people do things that you don't do.
its interesting to see her showing emotions. Last two years im watching sc2 pro scene vids, and i probably didnt ever seen her even smile or anything.
She's not the first Canadian to go into Korea and beat Koreans haha
*he's
Living Flower
*She's.
@@adrianbundy3249 he can say what ever he wants if it's a boy or girl. free world you can lie (she) or state the facts (he) I'd rather be considered offensive then lie to someone who I mentally ill. I Don't like feeding someone delusions because I have respect for my fellow human something you clearly don't.
Hearing inControl's casting made me sad. RIP Geoff.
Damn, intense video! But it sure as hell isn't as intense as the comment section's level of stupidity XD
How so?
@@SponzifyMee Gender should matter why? Gameplay was good. Player was good. End of story.
@@leoardulnuan Worse still, people calling her "a mentally deranged man" or "Mentally Ill".
Like to see them play half as good as Scarlett did.
Aw man, hearing the clips with Khaldor and Wolf casting is serious nostalgia.
They were right up there with Tastosis.
that scarlett is boy or girl ? Cause her voice is so deep for a girl
Sodgerel Nyamdawaa biologically male
rip
ProseColored Glasses I am not particularily with or agaisnt transgender treatment, however, i am concerned about pleople trying to force their opinions of something they dont really know, if you are a girl in your head because you are born with the brain of a girl but in a boy body, do you think that it is something that can be treated? psychotherapy proven that no its not possible or extremely infective, i dont even see how changing the IDENTITY a PERSON is BORN WITH is a "cure"
Also, i bet that when you are on that situation you are totally aware of what you do, there is no "desilution", they simply live how they can instead of battling uselessly until the end of their days.
So how about you shut the fuck up and get all the other tranaphobes to aswell and see if the rates drop, because they will.
its a boy
I will say, many foreigners have lived in and trained in Korea before Scarlett. It was definately not unheard of.
That scarlett is an awesome guy! 😄
Girl, scarlett is Male-to-Female trans, gender identity is she/her. Glad this helped
imagine being so sad you purposefully do shit like this to annoy people, your life must be so shit.
