It's nice that Snoopy and Woodstock (the yellow bird) are so cute and the tribute watch so cool that even someone who has never watched the cartoon show feels the vibe. 😅 Good review!
I’ve been wanting to add a Seiko 5 into my watchdrobe for a while- and this snoopy was a no brainer. Great buy on a clever limited edition. These out to sell out promptly
I just bought the SRPK25, and I just love it. The dial just pops and being a photographer the black & white is so choice. Now I'm going to have to find a SRPK27.
Thanks to your video I learnt about those special editions. I have too many dive watches and I am a bit bored with the same look so I went with the SRPK27 as I have no field nor pilot watches. I managed to get one of the last SRPK27 available around. To be honest I was not convinced by the pictures. But in real life it's a totally different story. It's a small watch hence very versatile. I love its Flieger Type B dial with the Schultz font and the fun that its size actually is closer to a field watch than a pilot. Even if I definitely love small watches as they tend to be classier, it took me a little time to get used to it. Anyhow, I am pretty sure within 5 years 36-38mm watches will be more common than they are today. Thus it may be a fun watch, still with its leather black strap it can be worn with formal clothes, thanks to its size as nobody, except me, can really notice the Flieger dial. And with a white rubbon strap and its 100 WR, its a perfect summer watch. It has also the pawn on the crown and only 6500 pieces were produced for the whole world. Without your video, i would have miss it. Thanks.
What a wonderful watch! It's a remarkable piece of nostalgia for those of us who grew up with Snoopy and Peanuts. Thanks for the introduction. By the way, the cartoonist who created Peanuts (and whose name is used to identify the font used on the bezel) is pronounced as if there's a "t" before the "z" at the end, as if it were spelled "SchulTz."
Just bought it. I loved Snoopy and Peanuts growing up, but more so I love that watch. Stark white with black, little blue and orange/red details. 44mm lug to lug. I couldn't find it without a dog on it so here it comes
Love my 36mm parachute edition. Small watch, big personality. The details are incredible, and like you say not so precious that it won't be a regular wearer.
It's so funny this has come out for the 55th anniversary. I'm currently on a wait list for the Omega Silver Snoopy as it ticks two major passion boxes for me and while this snoopy is more about Schulz than space I agree with absolutely everything you said about it. For the money this is outrageously well designed and built. Looks happy to go up a mountain, to the beach or maybe even to the pub.Great Review.
I think it’s a fun watch😊 I can’t obtain the Omega Speedmaster Snoopy 50th anniversary then I’ll grab this! Why not have some fun with timepieces. This will fit nicely in my collection next to Rolex, AP, JLC, Tudor and Panerai 😊
Ì do like a 38mm. I have a 38mm 7526-0050 from the 80's. Cream Dial and gold hands. I wear it on a fossil brown chunky cuff strap and it looks amazing. I've another 3 , chisolm hunter, seiko that are all 42ish. Wish I'd waited for the green 38 "5". The 42 is nice but...
Can't wait for my 5 sports version to arrive. I love Seiko watches. Was pleased to see something fun being released by them. I just booked a family holiday....credit card isn't quite maxed out, slung it on that....i'll worry about it later 😂.
Favourite watch has to be my SPB121. The green dial, gold indices and two crown makes the watch different from what you usually see in the wild, but also looks great.
This is a no brainer because of the value for money you're getting an automatic at 400 bucks and it being a limited edition. I just wish it was a bit bigger like 40 mm, 38mm looks small and weird on my wrist. But it's right on the buck for me as well, Seamaster for a night out and this for any outdoor activity
I have this watch and absolutely love it. But I did change the Nato strap for a Artem Black Sailcloth loop less strap and it looks so much better. Not sure how smart it was to put a $200 strap on a $425 watch though. Ha.
@@ChisholmHunterOfficial that would be the Seiko 5 38mm Snoopy x Peanuts, as per the video. Very cool watch and a cracking addition to the collection 😉👍🏻
Love it! I normally buy the Timex peanuts models, but never wear them because they feel like kids watches. But this one has more heft and wouldn’t seem like I’m wearing a peanuts watch.
If in real life you aren't as serious as your FB persona, I guess you could wear a frivolous watch but in the end, my opinion is worth exactly what you are paying for it.😀
Bought this piece. My wrist is 6.3inch but why i feel like this is too small for me when i look on the window. Almost like a ladies watch. I am used to 40mm GS or alpinist and this one look so small. Maybe need a SS bracelet?

@@steveo6023 - Hardlex is not plastic. Not even close. It's amazing how much misinformation there is in these comments. On full-out dive watches, (this one isn't) there are even advantages to Hardlex over Sapphire. Hardlex will crack, but not shatter like sapphire. Hardlex can even remain water resistant if it cracks underwater.
Oh gawd no!😂 plus my wife would divorce me. I just don't get having peanut characters or Disney etc on a watch! I'm not 8 years old! Too each their own though! Just not for me!

LOL. An Omega Snoopy Speedmaster is one of the most desirable timepieces in the world. "Snoopy" is a NASA award category, not an 8 year old thing. Jeeze.....
The dog is called snoopy not peanuts 🙄

Check out the Snoopy Speedmaster, I want to buy one someday
Count me as one of the 8,900. It's in the mail and heading this way. Great review. I love that you like the watch and think Snoopy is named Peanut.
Amazing watch and I actually bought the Watch today at the Seiko Boutique in Amsterdam. Couldn’t be happier.

Beautiful, unique and affordable… classic Seiko. Go for it!
Love it, and totally understand the sentimental aspect of getting it
It’s class isn’t it?!
Yup - I bought the surfboard peanuts on the double nato - love it 😀

I got mine 2 days ago. It is awesome, for all the reasons you stated.
Forgot to add, just subbed, and my favorite Tissot, is , indeed the Powermatic 80, which I don’t yet own.
How about the accuracy?Thanks!
Tempted to buy this for my old man. He even has a near 40 year old Joe Cool (Snoopy's sunglass wearing persona) tattoo. 😅
PS. That PRX is gorge too

Great content my friend. I love SEKIO 🔥
Thanks for watching!
I need a watchmaker to put my goat goku on the dial

Is it a frosted glass case back?
I've seen some dials with "Made in Japan" between the 6-7 and others without. Will be curious to see which one I receive.....

Just buy it! You’ll regret it if you don’t

Tissot prx ice blue🤤

Invicta also has a very good Charles Shultz watch collection for a lot less! check them out!
Its 595.00 on the grey market and thats Snoopy, not Peanuts!
