Love this shirt on you. Glad you touched on this topic again. I REFUSE to pay more than $15 for a sunscreen, so I don't see myself trying many of the other viral sunscreens. Kroger is my homie forever at this point.
The Kroger Invisible sunscreen is amazing. I agree, it's a "rich" texture. It's very affordable and you you absolutely can wear it without moisturizer. If you apply it in sections, it's not as "heavy" but the finish is amazing! I have the body spray on sunscreen as well and it's so good. Fantastic review!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
I currently use the Shimmer Sunscreen in my skincare routine, and I have been loving it! I love this one compared to the price of Supergoop. I also like this ione WAY better than the E.L.F sunscreen they launched as well.
I really hope that a sunscreen dupe like this gets sold in Canada. I really hope though that this meets the EU requirement for the 1/3 UVAPF rule for Broad Spectrum. It looks promising though.
Thank you for always providing such detailed reviews ❤. I was contemplating purchasing the gel version of this sunscreen but I’m very picky with sunscreens because my skin is so sensitive
I've been using the Invisible gel for a week now, and while I obviously won't see much effect from it, I do agree it feels nice. I don't notice the orange oil, but I'm also not sensitive to it. I've never tried the Supergoop because I refuse to pay 40$ for that when there are perfectly fine options for cheaper. I do recommend it like CRAZY!
The invisible Kroger sunscreen gel has the second best finish of any sunscreen I've tried ever (I've tried over 30 Asian and European included). It makes my face look so much brighter. Some people say it feels silicone-y, but after a few minutes I forget anything's on my face. Although, I get the tiniest amount of pilling with mask wear, I get flakes on the eyebrows, and it stings my eyes. I deter those by putting a different spf on my lids. I also usually apply eyebrow gel every morning, so I don't deal with the flakes anymore.
I tried the shimmer sunscreen and loved the texture and how moisturizing it is, love the nice glow it does. I personally didn't have any issues with it around my eyes or any stingy feeling in my skin. however i got breakouts every time I used it, so I had to stop using it.
I don’t love the original just because the texture is not my jam, but the Kroger version was a great dupe. Also like the Kroger oil sunscreen dupe, but Kopari makes my favorite.
I love the OG unseen sunscreen but hate the price so I tried the clear one last year and it was soooo disappointing! It sat really heavily on my skin, never absorbed, and basically ‘slid’ into my eyes. I almost wonder if I got a bad bottle because yours looks different! I really do enjoy the Trader Joe’s one though and it’s a lot easier for me to get. Thanks for the review Ramon!
Hello! I purchased the Kroger shimmer sunscreen last week and noticed it says on the label to reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, after towel drying, etc. I know the clear Kroger sunscreen clearly states it is water resistant, but based on the label, wouldn't the shimmer sunscreen also be considered water resistant? I have also noticed that labels will usually say to "use a water resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating" when they are not water resistant and the shimmer one doesn't state that on the label. Let me know what you think
I remember watching this video a couple of months ago, and I just came back to it because this caught my eye on the clearance shelf. About to try the invisible gel for $4!
Also Ramon, what is the best SPF that you recommend for an individual w oily skin that likes their SPF to feel like they have nothing on (if possible) & a MATTE finish. I’ve heard of the la roche-posay anthelios ultra light but I’d just like to know more recommendations if I can. :-) I bought your sunscreen stick & the formulation was superb!
Haha I’m wearing it right now … The Shimmer one … It’s pretty amazing I just wish it was sweat resistant bc it got in my eyes and burns really bad but I love the ingredients and the tint is perfect for me… I can re-apply all day with no burning or irritation… I use my timeless 10% vitamin c and this doubles as my moisturizer and I’m out the door and glowing to the gods LOL !!! Wish the matte one did not have the citrus ingredient it would be perfect!!! Great products for the price u can’t beat it!!’
I love the look of the shimmer one but it peels on me so bad no matter how many different ways I tried such as wearing it alone or with serums underneath 😩😩😩 any tips 🥺
Can you do a review on the biore athlizm MILK sunscreen ? 🥰 I think you’ve done the gel but I’ve seen 0 zeros on the milk & believe milks are more oily skin friendly
TY!! Dr. Dray has been hyping these up for a while but they are so much lighter than me so I wasn't completely sold on it being melanin friendly. I'm a pretty consistent 27 in the like...four products in Korea that produce one. 🥲
The Supergoop Glowscreen sucks, I burn through that. The Kroger sunscreen gel-I did not burn and I wore it for a week in Alaska where there is 24/7 sun and I did not burn AT ALL! I have dry skin btw and I found the finish gorgeous. I am allergic to Zinc and can only use chemical sunscreens. The only sunscreens I have ever liked are: -Everyday Humans -Shisheido -LaRoche Posay -Bondi Sands -Sun Bum -Peter Thomas Roth -Neutrogena is an okay Drugstore option -Kroger sunscreen gel

If you have a sweaty face at all even if you’re not that oily beware of the shimmer one that shit blinded meeeee
mirror mirror on the wall who's the prettiest of them all?
thats right you guessed it folks, its ramon 💮

Unfortunately it might be worth skipping!

Love these sunscreens!
Side note, I’d love to see you review Ethique products such as their solid moisturizers.

I had the same issue with the Kroger one.
I have all 3 kroger supergoop dupes. They have the body oil i bought 2 on clearance for 2.95 each. Expiration date is 9/24.
The elf glow screen dupe is also pretty good.

I have sensitive skin and I’ve tried the shimmer one. It worked just fine for me! The effect looked really pretty.
This is Gonna b so Helpful Ramon🔥🔥🔥👍n Happy Thursday😀….

Love the invisible gel side 👌🏾
Please, we don’t have Kroger where I live. But I want this sunscreen so bad!! 😭
Hope you get it ♡

If you check Supergoop’s bad reviews a lot of people mention burning and how the sunscreen doesn’t work.
In Alaska it's Fred Meyer!
I love the look of the shimmer one but it peels on me so bad no matter how many different ways I tried such as wearing it alone or with serums underneath 😩😩😩 any tips 🥺
Colorado is city market or king Soopers depending on if you’re in the southern or northern part of the state I’m pretty sure
City market for me ♡
@ Omg???? You’re here too? 😂😂
Hi Ramon 🥰
Can you do a review on the biore athlizm MILK sunscreen ? 🥰 I think you’ve done the gel but I’ve seen 0 zeros on the milk & believe milks are more oily skin friendly
Milk has white cast. That’s the only difference really. Buy it if you don’t mind.
I love your shirt 😍
Last thing! Are there any cushion compacts that you like that don’t believe a white cast? They all seem to leave a white cast in the review I’ve seen.
The supergoop one is clear
It’s not clear it’s slightly brown
@@PrayashLand Hi, I was referring to the unseen sunscreen.
What are some fragrance free sunscreens? I have allergies and can’t stand a lot of fragrances.
Out of the 2 Kroger options which do you personally prefer?
Invisible ♡
Any dupe available in Europe? 😅😍
I can’t find any krogers or the shimmer spf near me in California!!! 😢😢😢 I want it so bad! I can’t even order it online! 😢😢😢
And I Sacremento Ralph’s doesn’t have it nor does any Ralph contain it 😢
Oh no ♡♡♡
meeee

Kroger also has another dupe for the Supergoop Sunscreen Oil for the body, I like it too!
