Idk why this got recommended to me, but i guess this is fate. I was ditto in the same situation as yours. I had literally watched all possible anime to ever exist. To stop this i explained my situation to my parents, i knew they would be disappointed in me and it would be humiliating, but then i told them to monitor my actions from time to time. Stop making yt videos from now, stay away and take help!
