Remember this back in the day, inspired me to do many an engine conversion. Amazing to think something built 20years ago is cooler now than when first finished 👏
Passed my driving test in 2004 at 18 and I couldn’t have asked for a better time to drive. First car was. 1.4 Corsa b dropped on speed lines. Best times ever. I’ve still got all my old max power mags as well. Take me back!
I can honestly say I do remember this in the magazines and back in the day👌🏼 I’ve got a 1997 vauxhall Vectra SuperTouring v6 3.2 conversion that I done myself and you cannot beat V6 noise Great video as well
Just found your channel today via the B16 Citroen video. It makes me happy to see a father and son enjoying these amazing builds. Keep up the great work!
Nice one, I was an avid reader of Revs/Max Power/Fast car back in the day and it’s great too have people like yourself progressing on too making excellent content like this, so we can all relive those memories, keep up the good work and looking forward to more 👍👍
This brings back many great memories for me.. i had a nova gsi with a calibra turbo mounted to the 6 speed box! Absolutely ridiculous 😂... and now watching your channel I have such an itch to build something else.. let's see what this year brings. Love the channel and everything about it 💯🤘👌
Love it, dont remember it at the time but my god what a great build and how nice you and your son can share the experience, its what its all about mate
Granny shifting , a fucking beast that deserves a proper run, F28 with a V6 engine a hell of a conversion, please do more content with this piece of art. Greetings from Kosova 👍🏻
Great build, I remember it being the only corsa I liked of that era when I was into all the magazines. Lovely to passing it on too I was trying to work out who’s more nervous when your lads driving haha 👍
The first time I saw this car was up in Scotland. I was 16 at the time and was working at Midas Styling. Me and Richard Smith who had the orange Corsa with the interior that sold to you. We drove up in a GTI 206 I was in the passenger footwell as there was only one seat with it being fully roll caged out. And the car was full of styling products. 😂
Bloomin ell Beardy, blast from the past. What a cracking back story wiv ya lad too. I still to this day remember reading that Total Vauxhall feature on me lunch break at work back in the day lol. 2004 though? 😱 WOW! Great car be good to see it at a show some time. When we getting a group B Quattro update bud?
I remember it i matched it and I had a v6 corsa b reg s280kvn running the f20 box miss the car alot. 2.5 v6 3l head and cams and a chipped ecu had the boot smoothed and popper on the rear wiper motor to open it. Standard rear drums and astra 2l front calipers and discs.
Another great video. I remember this car from when it was first built. Still looks great now. The only thing I’d change now… is to have a 2.0 screamer in there, especially after seeing the cavalier video.
Well, I've got a fairly stupid modified '87 Kadett GT in my garage. It's got a lot of work done, geometry, suspension, maaaaajor bodywork, but all as sleeper, so not looking like much from the outside, except brand new looking gleaming paint. That Corsa though, that's just mad wit that V6 in it and that widebody kit!
A lot time these older Vauxs these days. Never got it when Max Power was a big thing. Now. Ace. Looks so early 2000s. Can almost taste the ectacy in the mouth from the good old times.
Здравейте от България! Много ви се радвам. Ще ми трябва малко помощ. Имам такъв проект и стигнах до момента с охлаждането. Бихте ли ме посъветвали какъв радиатор да ползвам за да нямам проблеми с охлаждането.
I honestly love a corsa b. I had 3 corsa gsi. I wish I still had one now. Every competition I entry for a b. Probably just end up needing to buy one lol
You need to make a video of you both driving down the road side by side in the twin and the v6 that would be a next level picture to keep for you and your lad
Built one of these when I was 19 from a 1.6 corsa sport, engine went in mounted with mounts that were actually available to buy and that rear manifold was a proper fkr, first road test spun a big end bearing, back out 😂😂
Love this car well both of your cars and loved working on both on them hopefully you will bring them back to me before another car show. Lee @the detailing bay.
Just love the way it looks. The wide arch kit works so well on that Corsa. I'd say on a par with the Racing Puma, but considering this wasn't done by a factory, I'd have to give it to this one. Still gorgeous, even after all these years. Great work.
I do wonder how many people actually keep their projects through the years and where it is more part of the family. I bet you look at this and think of all the memories through the years and through the stages of your life that this cars been apart off and that it must mean quite abit. Seems nowadays people will keep theirs for a few years and move onto something else and it’s meaningless.
God this takes me bk to migweb...And png....and yes I'm 40 soon and I have a ropey but useable arden blue corsa b xe😂 mint this one in comparison to mine.....
Love the fact that you waited for your son to reach the right age what a lovely way to bond with him love your videos please keep it up
Thank you! Will do!
Agreed totally. Loving this video. Hated Corsa B sell. As motor trader. But this means so much to the period.
Scene was better back then, now you just see financed Audi's and BMWs because want to prove they balling
Got to keep them going!
This is simply awesome! I can remember this back in 2004 and it’s just as epic today. Well done for keeping this gem going ❤
Appreciate that mate🤝

Screaming for 2.0 turbo absolutely love this corsa
Which gearbox did you use in the end? From what I was told, the F40 had clearance issues.
Great conversion 👍

Nice one 👍on keep it in the family. Loved reading the features in the magazines back then. Look forward to seeing more show photos of both builds.
Never leaving!
Mr twin engine Corsa have you by any chance found any older videos about building the V6 Corsa
What a beast!🔥🙌🏾
I remember it well from corsasport forums back in the day, mad to think your son probably wasnt even born when this was being built
He was 1 when I first got the car 🤣
Another great video. I remember this car from when it was first built. Still looks great now.
The only thing I’d change now… is to have a 2.0 screamer in there, especially after seeing the cavalier video.

Is the stock v6 calibra engine 2.5lt?

Such an iconic car!! Maxpower!! I went the maestro turbo GSI way 😊
You need to make a video of you both driving down the road side by side in the twin and the v6 that would be a next level picture to keep for you and your lad

Hi there was just wondering to contact you about coming and seeing a couple of different built cars
Your lad asleep at the side of Nos bottle 👌
OSR tyre is fitted the wrong way around?
Built one of these when I was 19 from a 1.6 corsa sport, engine went in mounted with mounts that were actually available to buy and that rear manifold was a proper fkr, first road test spun a big end bearing, back out 😂😂
Hi, how easy or hard would it be to do an AWD conversion on a corsa C
Love this car well both of your cars and loved working on both on them hopefully you will bring them back to me before another car show. Lee @the detailing bay.
I’m sure we’ll be knocking on your door soon pal, appreciate the support🤝
Beautiful car love it let's just hope he looks after it 👍
I hope so too😂
Why are the tyres on the wrong way?
Just love the way it looks. The wide arch kit works so well on that Corsa. I'd say on a par with the Racing Puma, but considering this wasn't done by a factory, I'd have to give it to this one. Still gorgeous, even after all these years. Great work.

Drivers side rear tyre is running the wrong way?
Legend car, sounds nice 😎😎✌✌👌👌👍👍
Such a mint car . Osr and nsf tyre are facing the wrong direction (rotational tyres )
Looks like a monster truck with that suspension

You have to change the left front to the right back wheel😂
Much love for the fat corsa
