i went to school with that girl. it rly sucks that it ended so bad for her. i would never wish that on her family or anyone. she was such a bright soul, she was talented and obviously gorgeous. that girl would’ve graduated this year and gone to prom and on to better things. it sucks that her life was so brutally taken and unfairly as well 💔. i feel for her family and friends and am sorry for this terrible loss. i never personally spoke with her but she had a good heart, was always smiling, had the best fashion, and her rap lyrics were nice! may u rest forever in paradise emma b 😔💗🕊️.

They had a running dispute. We can all just speculate at this point being that we don't know the specifics. However, being that the victim was 17 and the alleged suspect was 15, I would guess the older girl might have been bullying the younger one and the younger one got tired of it. Just speculating. May the little sister rest in peace. The Devil continues to be running amok out here.

Many times when we hear a youth killed another youth in the streets, it can be directly attributed to bullying. I, like you, also thought that it might be over a boy. However, if that was the case, I think it would have been revealed by now. Once again, I'm just speculating. I'm not saying any of this with any certainty whatsoever.

As an African, fights never escalated to this where I’m from. There is usually a voice of reason(older individuals) to scold us and diffuse the situation before the fight begun . It’s only moving here to the Bronx years ago and I found out ppl have to settle their differences sometimes through a physical 1 on 1 fight . Like ppl really stand around and cheer and officiate the fight . That used to and still confuses the hell out of me
