Since no one seems to pay attention to Mr. Brouwer who, may I recall some of you, Composed this piece of music. Simply, thank you Mr. Brouwer for all you have done and accomplished for the sake of classical guitar.
Leo Brower is one of the best composers for guitar and is fairly recognized all over the world as one of the best musicians ever. If you play guitar or only love this amazingly expressive instrument, so you know well the great Leo Brower.

My wife and I agree that Tatyana has a gift for interpreting musical compositions and playing them with perfect expression on her guitar. This video underscores that. No one we have seen and heard can play this composition as elegantly as her (same goes for numerous others that she has played).

Exceptionally beautifully phrased with perfectly calibrated dynamics. Not only are the individual phrases handled with great subtlety but the overall design is greatly satisfying. The "B" section is made to stand out strongly enough that sufficient variety is found in the piece as a whole (as the "A" sections repeat internally).
Tatyana your playing is perfect...wonderful phrasing and tonal quality...I have never heard this played better than your interpretation

She uses a LOT of rubato in the middle section, more than I'm used to hearing. But she seems to make it work somehow, which is to her credit! Always nice to hear alternative versions of Brouwer's hauntingly lovely work
