Sooo what helped me the mostt to get good sleep: 1. Have a consistent bedtime 2. Have a wind routine example mine is i put all screens down 30 min before bed, brush my teeth shower and then read a book :D 3. Sleep in a colder room(This helps aLOT) 4. Don't eat anything 1 hour until bedtime this has helped me. And yeh bro love the vids keep them coming and most importantly put your health before VALORANT pls :DDD
@@PointAlpha_ another thing is that bed is ONLY for sleep and sex. This builds an association in your brain that eventually make it easier to fall asleep. During the day set up a chill area so even if you are sleep deprived you can still have a comfy space to rest.

I miss living the teen life, this video reminds me of what I was doing mostly around the covid era, almost having the same routine. I love the idea of treating competitive games like a sport. The video itself is edited very nicely and overall pleasant to watch, the only thing I'd suggest is reffering to yourself as "I" rather than "We", but maybe that's just me. Good luck!
less blue light my friend! try to put blue light filters on your monitor/phone 1-2 hours before bed or, even better, invest in blue light filtering glasses. it helps a ton with sleep and blue light could be a contributing factor for why you can't sleep considering you're taking val pretty seriously.
You should focus on your eating a lot more if you want to see good results from gym. If you dont eat enough all ur training is basically for nothing. Thanks for a chill and well edited video!
