2015 Audi Phone Pairing and Music

This is a 2015 Q5, Audi Q5 and what you would do to sync in your Bluetooth phone, Ron is you turn on the Bluetooth on your phone of course and then you would go in your telephone screen you search for new phone, you continue you wait a couple seconds, and with every phone it can be a little different. You have an iPhone, Samsung is a little different and there you are. This is you, you want to do hands free of course, you wait a couple seconds and you want to connect, you want to pair it on your phone you want to connect here and that’s it. So I am connected now? Yep, there you are. And as soon as you see those little bars down here and the phone to car and now what’s going to happen is all the numbers in your directories and all that other good stuff is going to be pushed over to the car and we are done. So can I play music through here as well? Absolutely, you can do that too. In order to do that however, you go back to the telephone screen, you go into settings, Bluetooth- but now we want to activate the Audi player which is already on, you want to find Bluetooth devices again, continue, give it a couple seconds, there you are again. And now we are going to Audi player and there you are. Now in order to play your Audi player all you have to do is go to media, then you go to source on your media screen and here is Ron already. And if you have music in your phone it’s going to start playing here in a couple seconds. It just automatically starts playing? Yes sir, here you go.

I have a 2012 Audi q5 & i have been trying to connect bluetooth for songs, but only it comes up for phone call. Songs don’t even play. What can i do & how can get the song option.

With the Audi 2006-2010 will no longer support it so you have to buy a car play module to play Bluetooth audio. I do not know about Pandora music
