    1:44 Is there any character except Lily and Gief can achieve 3~4 frame throw invulnerability?
    I test it with normal special move, but i can only have 2 frame throw invulnerability

    can u end the motion in up back or up forward or it has to be up

      ending it in any up is probably fine as long as it both completes the SPD motion and initiates the pre-jump frames

      just need the jump command (up/up-back/up-f) within 3-4 frames of before pressing punch. you can end in any direction or neutral even

    Is it neutral jump only? Or can you do this with forward/backward jumps too?

    does it have to be EX?

      No, it can be any strength SPD. The reason I like to use EX-SPD is that it will also catch shimmy attempts, while giving the most damage reward. Light/Medium can also be used to catch both the throw and the shimmy, but they have less damage reward.

      He is jumping to avoid the grab and then doing spd he explains it very clearly

      Jump cancels in fighting games exist and they usually refer to canceling something into a jump

      ​@@Doktor_Jones You're very much wrong and arguing over semantics that are not universal to all fighting games. Jump cancels in SF always referred to canceling the pre jump animations into special moves. Look it up.
      And for example, jump canceling in dbfz is a normal link into a jump.

      This is what we refer to as jump cancel SPD in Street Fighter 6, you jump, then cancel the jump in to an SPD. Its a broadly used term in the SF6 FGC.
