Thank you, Sadhguru, for coming to me through RUclips. You are the answer to my prayers. It is my greatest wish to listen to you in person one day.
This talk is pure truth. I could listen to it all day and never get board. Gratitude for hearing it.
Once I was so broken... covered in ick, lost, blind, and miserable to the point that misery was an understatement. Would go out at night and scream to the stars, "what is the point in it all!! There is no love here!!" and felt that with all of my being. Had been through many things and succumbed to deep darkness to the point was going to take my life as knew was already dead anyway. When the seeker is ready the master appears... it happened for me anyway. All you need is within you, and what Sadguru shares are great truths. Happened to stumble upon these videos after spending about a year basically in isolation... no television, limited interactions and Internet, and hardly any interference from anyone.
In silence many truths were told to me. We are not our circumstances, we possess nothing, we're all just passing through, love is the absence of judgement, you are love, God is love, love is everything, fear and love cannot coexist.
Be brave dear ones and know as long as you believe you need the approval of another (whether it be your parents, family, spouse, or all of the above) you cannot find truth as you put them before it. If you believe you know everything you can learn nothing. The material will die off, wither, and waste away. Our paths are our own.
Seek and you will find.

Sadhguru, thank you all involved that I found you. You are LIFE! Your knowledge is unimaginable and gives me so many answers but even more questions. The challenge is to dare to trust how it feels, to be patient with the body and mind, to do more of what leads me to a complete life. While accepting no one can give you a schedule or warranties.
It is often alone to seek "higher consciousness". Does anyone understand how spiritual hierarchies (if any) works? How is it possible that Sadhguru can have such a great effect on people? Are there many like him and why now?
As a non-Indian, I also wonder how to explain that yoga is not associated with religion but at the same time speaks of gods etc. Thank you all!
I think the less you are attached to your body & mind and the more you are attached to your life energy the higher you are in the spiritual hierarchy.
Maybe Sadhguru has great effect on people because his words appeal not just to the mind and intellect but also to the life energies.
Depending on nature and aptitude of people Yoga has been classified into 4 types- Jnana yoga (Yoga based on intellect),Karma yoga( yoga based on action) Bhakti yoga(yoga based on devotion) and Raja yoga( yoga based on life energies).
And not all of these types talk about God etc. Only Bhakti yoga talks about God and religion and meant for religious type of people full of devotion.

I aparently I am bad at praying, lol. Didn't take me long in life to pray for concentration for study rather than praying to do well on the spelling test. To say it dogmaticly, God love to answer prayer for growth and if you accept His reply it gets easier over time. but most ask for the equivalent of 'driving dispensation' and don't even bother to thank Him when they get it.
