being ready at 7AM for work is probably the most normal thing for a lot people, boostio better wake up and realize how blessed he is man.
Why does that matter though? What's wrong with complaining about anything?
Someone always has it worse, its like telling somebody who is asking for a 4 day week that "ummm there are people that work 8-6 for 7 days a week, you should be happy"
Just because someone else has it worse, doesn't mean that you can't want something better for yourself

These guys have to stream all day and then play a stressful series, and they probably put in more than 8 hours of work per day

the culture might be different from where i live but i dont get how 7am is crazy.
everything in esports typically happens in the afternoon-evening. the players work more hours than a typical 9-5 and all of the content obligations given to them is a lot of work. they work on a schedule that starts at a later time too, so a 7 am obligation when their normal obligations like normal practice start much later in the day.

@@quinn7467 that's the dark side of e-sport, org barely make any money, they had to do as much content as they can to keep the cash flow going. At the end of the day it's all business. i think Boostio should've discussed it with 100t and not venting about it on public.

They need money. Boostio is paid premium money and thus, content is needed for money. They haven't won anything for a while now so tournament money is not that reliable

Are people dense? Being a pro player is not the same as being a streamer. The job comes with 0 job security and literally only 0.001% make it to the tier 1 teams where they are removed within a few months if they aren't able to be one of rhe best in the world. As a pro the game should be your biggest priority, content creation at 7 AM has nothing to do with what he's paid to do
Content creation for the organization makes the organization money. The organization pays the players. Not that hard to put 2 and 2 together. On top of all this nonsense, Boostio didn't even discuss his issue about content creation with Nadeshot. Not taking any steps to better ur situation and complaining is a childish approach. It's like little babies when they cry to signal their parents to solve their problems for them.

They do sleep late but he’s so pampered. A lot of gamers sleep like 2-4am. Mostly bc they stream late lol. But Boostio’s statement just shows he’s out of touch with reality more than anything.
most streamers sleep around 2-4 am and wake up around 10-12 pm sometiimes 2-4 pm but still this guy is just whinning. TenZ just simply don't stream if he is busy the next day.

It's 7am for 4 hours and then most top teams have 8-12 hours of scrims/prac every day on top of that. Then rinse and repeat.
If you are used to a certain practice schedule, getting up early might disturb the quality of practice you get. Good practice is necessary to play well

He has to involved the internet to boycott 100t to his liking, ngl most social media icons are like that and it’s not even rare to see someone complain about management live rather than confronting it just to get rejected because they get hit with reality that even if they have a million subs they can’t change how the management works, it’s literally business.
Nothing wrong with complaining about your job it’s just about who you’re complaining to. If you complain to you boss you can at least find a way to make things better for your situation like an adult. Complaining on stream and bashing your org like that is a bad look.

You gotta take in the fact that he’s not complaining about how hard the work is he’s complaining because he’s competing and content means boostio and his team gets no practice for that time. Just being picked up by an org as large as 100T competing at the highest level he should be thankful for the company rather for giving him his dream job instead of complaining he has work to do, even if its at 7 am and you are tired work is work just like any job in the world and if you truly are tired talk to your boss before ranting before millions of people. People need to adjust for their situation before and be thankful of their situation.
