On Tome of Insanity: you have green eyes and purple eyes, 6 green eyes (3 on top row and 3 on bottom) are for multipliers, the purple ones were for the big eye monster to come out. The one you missed was for an additional multiplier, you had all the purple ones for the eye monster to come out. Hope this clears that up!
