My question to Chief and others: "Is this the most important thing to do right now? We have security challenges, modernization and a hundred other important things to deal with so why waste time and energy fixing a wheel that already works?
Is the army a toy for bureaucrats and politicians to play around with? I think it is high time that the chief either resigns or buys himself a working spine. The modern parliamentary system with its democratic principles was introduced by the British.
The modern Indian judicial system is based on the British legal system. IPC was introduced in 1860
The Indian Civil Services (ICS), which was the predecessor of the current Indian Administrative Service (IAS), was set up by the British.
The British introduced the modern education system in India, replacing traditional system and primarily aimed at producing clerks and administrators to help run the British Empire.
National Anthem was made by Indians without any British involvement.
