    I'm sharing the one thing that has managed to get me comfortably though medical school and made my exam stress practically inexistent: my revision schedule.
    It's a super-easy and customisable system that hopefully should help if you're struggling with staying consistent with your timetables so far.
    I use Notion for mine (strongly recommend) and in this video. There's soo many tutorials on how to set Notion up that I din't want to waste your time with that here, and just focused on the schedule itself.
    It does automatically integrate spaced repetition too.
    Really hope it helps, and as always, I'm open to tips!

    0:46 - 0:53 the most relatable thing I've heard in a while. If I ever see the schedules I had made earlier it fills me with the most negative feelings like reminders of my failure... This made me stop making such schedules altogether

    You're so inspiring! I also love how you take into account the idea of being lazy and procrastinating since I think often on social media we only see the positive aspects - people being crazy productive and never taking breaks! I would love to see a video of you talking about how you maintain a work-life balance and how you prioritise. Loved the video as usual 💜

    • @elizabethfilips
      @elizabethfilips  3 года назад +3

      Thank you Charlie! It definitely depends on so many things: how hard the topic is, how familiar I am with it already, how many other topics I'm studying the same day, how busy I'm at the time I'm studying, how much attention I'm paying, how many questions I've done on the topic, how many patient cases I've seen... it varies so much! I do generally need to revise very often too!
