Lyrics are disturbing but it's smart. I think it's inspired by Freud's theories: the distinction between conscious/subconscious (Damso is waking up from a Coma) and the idea that young boys are attracted to their mom and want to kill the dad who can castrate them for these feelings (oedipus complex).
The doctor at the end of the song is also talking about a transfer. For freud, kids don't want to live with the fear of the father. To satisfy their libido as they grow up, they transfer the feelings for their mom to other sources ( like a white w**re from Romania who can't be Damso's Mom lol). At a subconscious level, men are still attracted to their mom but at a conscious level their superego which was built by parental authority forbids it. When Damso realize he is with his mom and panic about it, he immediately regain consciousness because transfer is done for him
And yeah, studying Freud's theories in french high school shocked me for life :)

if you want, the direct next part of this song (the outro of Ipséité), is the introduction of Lithopedion, the following album , with the waking up of Damso from his coma

So to explain you a little bit:
This song is the ending song of his second album "Ipséité" (Ipseity in english which means "the quality of being oneself/itself").
This is an old song because if "Ipséité" was released in 2017, the song was created in 2013 appeoximatively.
As you've already heard, Damso is known for his raw flow, his nasty lines...
Here, he's telling a dark story but it's not really Damso telling it.
In the outro, the doctor explains that Damso has been a victim of a forced "walk-in". Imagine Damso is hating his life but instead of simply dying, he lets an other soul taking control of his body.
The thing is that he didn't wanted this. But the forced "walk-in" failed because the other soul couldn't complete the "walk-out" (which is to reproduce the thing that caracterises the person he's trying to steal the body). What makes Damso so special is his nasty flows, this is Damso's ipseity (so the story isn't told by Damso but by the other soul).
This is why the Doctor says that "his flow saved his life".

He finishes the song by telling him he's gonna prescribe him Jackpot from OPG (Damso's first group) and the QALF mixtape (because Damso was teasing QALF as a mixtape at that time for few years)
If you wanna hear the "sequel", you should listen to Damso's 3rd album "Lithopédion" which begins where "Une Âme Pour Deux" left us

It s a story telling, it s like a dream he had, "bad trip" style where his soul was attacked by someone else. Has you know his flow saved his life.
It s very confusing even for french people you know but its part of the damso univers, very dark and raw where he can show you some mad stuff in his songs. As you know, after the Damsodomie you take your facial tsunami ami ami ;)

C'est une fausse histoire et le thème sale du son represente le nwaar de son âme, le docteur dit "votre flow monsieur dems, vous a sauvé la vie" c'est a dire que le rap est un defouloire et une manière de s'exprimer, la suite du son (l'intro de Lithopedion) veux dire qu'il s'est enfoncé encore plus profondément dans le nwaar. Festival de rêves (le son d'après) représente le fais de prendre du recul sur sa haine.
En soi c'est un des morceau les plus importants de sa carrière
