Thanks! I have indeed - good stuff! I don't personally use that strategy with the various accounts in the same way, but definitely took a few great things from that book!
@@itselijones Awesome! I wasn't too sure about the method with the accounts either (and I'm still going through the book carefully) but I'm interested on how you build your method regarding the profitability, etc. (especially when it comes to competing in the photography market). I'm still working on building a photography SETTINGS website (and my brand) so I'm having a hard time identifying what items I'm producing are making me a profit...so I'll keep following your channel and news, etc.

I want to get my real estate photographer business up and going in a small town, I feel I can capitalize on the fact the not many around here do it very often at all, I want to come in and flip the script and be the #1 guy they call to come out and do the photography for them….how can I do all this being in a small town
Do you still go out in the field yourself? Or is all of that for your employees?
I stopped shooting personally about 4 years ago when the company grew to the point that me shooting wasn't a great use of my time!
