This video was played on Russian servers. As you know, Taiho is not yet available on European servers, but I believe it will be added in the future. Do you think Taiho will be too powerful in its current state? What are your thoughts?
She looks well balanced, players need to know the basics to be effective. Most players will suck with her due to skill issues, good players will be happy with Taiho.
It looks like trash for me. Farming 2 bbs for 12 min is just pathetic. Yeah he did some dmg but it took way to long.
Looks well balanced. I would like to see it WOWS. But there is so much hate toward planes this days in game that I don’t even know if they will add it or maybe 🤔 they will add it in spite of how much hate they will get for it from our crybabies.
The AP bombers are kinda trash imo, very low dmg per bomb but at the same time, being able to drop minefields almost anywhere is kinda busted esp against battleships, and can be useful for cap contesting, we'll need to see more to determine its effectiveness
I think AP bombers can be used more effectively. They might perform better against specific targets.

Why the ship name is shown like that?
The most exploitable and possibly toxic aspect of Taihou is the smoke, however it's not a brand new mechanic and Essex has the exact same gimmick.
Armament-wise however Taihou looks inferior to Hakuryu - rockets suck, AP bombs do very low individual damage, there's no torpedoes, and mines only annoy battleships.
Long story short, I think Taihou is fine.
The mines used to be stronger than it is shown here.

low pen AP bombs looks kinda weak. she doesn't have torp planes too to make big dmg numbers. should be good for CV haters but for CV main probably gonna hate it

Taiho is Implacable of tier 10. or even worse.
at least Taiho has fast planes. but weak damage from AP (!!!!) bombs and no torpedoes.
