There are two recordings of Kh. Avetissyan's "Kapuyt trchun" featuring the lovely Flora Martirossyan. The one heard in this clip is the first recording made with the backing of a real orchestra featuring traditional instruments. The second recording, released many years later, has a synth-ridden, electronic backing. While the latter is available on compact disc, the former recording has never been released on CD. I hope Ms. Martirossyan will eventually release it as it is absolutely beautiful.
