Violating the Constitution should be charged as treason.
if only. many maga would be in prison, minimally.
It does at a certain point BECOME TREASON. Treason does NOT require a trial, one is automatically guilty, PERIOD. At least in OUR Constitutional Republic.
It's a felony, yet cops are never/rarely charged. Deprivation of rights under the color of law.
@@ThatOpalGuyyou realize the only time I hear about trump is when you goofs bring him to every conversation, get some help

This is how they are trained and we're supposed to trust them? That's simply illogical.
indeed, LE treat their jobs like it is a war and that innocent civilians are enemy combatants. It is DISGUSTING.
@@ThatOpalGuy And they are not being punished for their shoot first ask questions later training and behavior, so why would they need to change?
Anyone who trusts the police is a sucker.
You are not supposed to trust them you are indoctrinated to trust them. The truth has always been the truth these people have never served a purpose. Yet we have people that have to watch a video like this to figure that out. My first interaction with a police officer let me know that they were not contributing to society. I just questioned why the rest of you can't break your programming.
They all need to be retrained now, police shouldn't be mad at us.
Why not tell us the 18 departments that are potentially tainted by bad training?
At the end of the report they said that list was on the front page of the station’s website.
I honestly don’t think that list is anywhere near complete.
How would a company like that exist with only 18 “customers?”
Something smells in this boat, and it ain’t the cargo!
Dont worry you will find out soon enough.
@@dangeary2134 Since NJ's AG called for cops attending this to be retrained, you can bet there are more states whose cops have attended these sessions nationwide.
just assume that ALL of them are corrupted.
The constitution is inconvenient for a reason.
Anyone who was arrested or abused in any way by an officer who took this training can SUE this company in civil and criminal courts. And sue the cop and city.
How does an individual sue a company in a criminal court? Not sure how that would happen.
You sound like you wanna be a real tough guy Michael. Too bad the company has already filled for bankruptcy protection, at least according to this report. Now what.
@@dans5741Get a lawyer, they will do the rest,
And this suprises anyone?
No, this is what refunding the police is all about & some states already tried to stop this training
@@kimk2635DEfunding....in reality the police are the ones who owe a refund to us for the severe damage done across our entire country. I know it was auto-correct. It did the same thing to me...
“What local chiefs and sheriffs are doing about.” Is that a joke? They’re the ones who hired these clowns.
Local chiefs and sheriffs should be doing only one thing: updating their resumes because they need to get fired.
especially since the chief said it was the news report not the officer's comments about how bad it was
@@user-gs5fc4oy8h The original report was from the NJ state attorney's office.
They just had a convention in Florida and lots of officers attended. It’s funny, every state has a POST to fall back on. Many don’t use them, they should not have a choice.
Every police officer in the United States of America is a sociopath, the job responsibilities that being extorting money from people on the side of the road, creating victims where there otherwise would and should be none only requires you to have an incurable personality disorder. The truth sad thing is the rest of society that has been indoctrinated in propagandized do you think that extortionists serve a purpose. A society full of people indoctrinated to think that people that write tickets for a living are heroes. Nope they are simply the worst of us.
Fire the Chief by voting out the mayor. Fire the sheriff by voting them out.
Complain to your city council and county board every single meeting.
When are they paying that tax money back? Oh wait...
And they may have to pay more taxpayer $ to deprogram the officers who took this course
@Lorna-bq4ke with the taxpayers never being made whole. Weird they get the budgets they do when they mishandled them just in this case alone.
This is just the newest bad cop training. they have been doing worse than this for a long time, do your research.
It started with the isrealie terrorist training cops starting in the early 2000s. Then the "sovereign citizen" training in teaching cops that anyone who expresses their rights are to be suspect, dangerous, and possible terrorists. This is why cops escalate when people assert their rights.
Policing is irreparably broken. We need to start over.
I'Ve experienced that type of interaction with SLC cops!
Absolutely true.
Yes
deprogram the police
"Just give us more taxpayer $$ and be quiet. Peasant."
Why do the police care if they get sued? The money doesn't come out of their paycheck. They have no skin in the game. End qualified immunity and require each officer to carry insurance.
If a chunk or ALL of it came out of their union/retirement money, I'm pretty sure policing would do an about-face the next day.
It's sad a Special Forces veteran supports these tyrants.
You don't know much about kennedy then. He's not pro 2a for civilians

@@frenchonion4595 Yeah, ironic - he's not in the service anymore........... I'm going to give him a piece of my mind next time I see him.
Every one of these departments are now a danger to the community
We live in a police state. Read John Whitehead's books on the American police state. Law enforcement is out of control in the US. They don't care about you, your rights, evidence, the law, or the Constitution.
You people (Americans)vote for the people that give your police these powers. So, in reality, the issue rests entirely with the voters. Weird how Americans always like to blame others for their issues and problems. And have zero capability of accessing and accepting their own failings. I suppose coming up with snappy buzzwords/phrases about “bring the only country with freedom and democracy”, “the greatest country on earth”, “we are the world police” or, and this is my favourite American propaganda, “our justice system is the envy of the world”. Just admit that you Americans are the problem, because you voted for the people who (supposedly) represent you in government and the. Do something about it. I bet if “Big Government” was trying to take away your little substitute penises (guns), there would be riots on the streets, but when it comes to actual problems… meh 🤷🏾♂️.
You are 100% correct and we have been in a police state for many decades or longer and it is only going to get worse
When police are made to care about anything than property crime and quaility of life crimes its a mess. Since the WAr on drugs have started its been a mess. The policing by stats has to stop and quotas.
Pure insanity. If you want to be a warrior, join the army, not the police.
not sure they could competently do that job, but at least there would be a little more oversight and accountability.
@@ThatOpalGuy The useless morons that pig departments recruit aren't smart enough for more than duty as cooks. And HALLIBURTON is cooking for the military these days.
Doing wars overseas with a standing army is exactly why you’re getting the same treatment yourself. You don’t grow a monster and expect it not to bite you
They stand a better chance of eliminating other humans and getting no push-back in their current "occupation".
No. There are rules to warfare and combat. You can't simply treat the military as a psychopath jobs programme.
I dont think these cops realize that it's not the police who are going to complain. It's going to be the people they abuse who will complain, if they survive the encounters.
He is worried about losing cases not violating people rights
That's the most un-American statement ever...
So many cops view citizen's constitutional rights as obstacles to be overcome.
I fired my first FTO because he wanted to always trophie hunt or seek confrontation. If you're working with an FTO that finds the need to brag about his trophies every day at the end of a shift walk away.
What do you mean you fired your first FTO? That’s not how FTO works. I have a hard time believing you’re actually a cop.
They teach the same Unconstitutional practices in the police academy and by FTOs during their rookie year, that's the bigger problem because it's nationwide and still ongoing
We wonder why trust is at a low... ?
Chief brown and the attorney general will find that this company did no wrong doing and will "back his fellow officers" 😂😂 lets elect him again?
Chief always covers up bad behaviors by his cops. Thanks Mendenall!
Since these punks want to go on stage to threaten we the people we the people billions strong need to keep track of where and when these events take place and wait outside and see if they still stand behind there words. We're not going to allow these officers to exist.
Now you're talking! Let's see how tough those 'warriors' are when They're the ones outnumbered.
Billions?
7.951 billion.
Imagine the Thin Blue Crime wave being trained to be criminals. That’s why they investigate themselves.
This has been standard practice for at least a century.
Someone needs to tell Benigno that his swastika armband is upside down....
😂😂 lol
There is nothing more fragile than a cops ego....
Training schools teach the new recruits not the law, but that they are protected by qualified immunity along with judicial immunity for prosecutors and judges. Abolish Qualified Immunity
Absolutely sickening.
🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼THANK YOU CHRIS FOR DOING WHAT NOT ONE, of these other "Men in Blue" had the courage to do!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Section 373 of Title 18 defines and punishes the offense of solicitation to commit a Federal crime of violence. This section was enacted by Congress in 1984 as part of the Comprehensive Crime Control Act of 1984. The provision reflects the judgment of Congress that "a person who makes a serious effort to induce another person to commit a crime of violence is a clearly dangerous person and that his act deserves criminal sanctions whether or not the crime of violence is actually committed.
This company needs to not only be shut down but prosecuted.
Always Record the Police and Never talk to them without a lawyer!
So this is the "TRAINING" that they're always using as an excuse for their actions???
the U.S. Attorney General needs to investigate this company for teaching government agents to violate citizens' Rights.... and for any money paid to them from ANY government agency for this ILLEGAL training.... Make it a Federal case since it's Federal level Rights that are possibly violated in the future though this 'training'...
Sounds about right. Utah Officers of the chart.
Nobody even knows what that means
red state legislators love it, though.
and cops wonder why us 'civilians' are down on them.
ALL Training materials must to be open and accessible to the public.
If a cop gets sued because this bad training shouldn’t the cop sue the programs for bad training
I find it disgusting how nobody complained but that just goes to show the thin Blue line will go to great lengths to cover anything up. They're becoming straight up brown shirts!
Seeing the behavior of Utah cops, I am not surprised. This is a feature, not a bug, folks.
This is standard procedure among cops nation-wide. Those taking this training remain silent even when not agreeing. They know that they will destroy their careers if they speak up. All cops know to keep their mouths shut, even when they don't agree.
this stops when we stop it.
Well, you're late to this show.
I watched that performance, imo that joke about the coke explains some of the behaviors we have seen.
Their waiting for leos to complain about the training? Training that gives them more "tools" to get around/ignore our rights, and the Constitution they swore and oath to, so the officer can do what he wants.... NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN!
Thanks for posting!
The chief acted like he had no idea what he was sending his officers to. Isn't THAT a problem?
This is what cop city will be!
A Civil Rights Lawyer would absolutely love to find out that the Cop that they’re suing attended one of these courses!
ABOUT TIME,, PEOPLE OPENED THEIR EYES... BEEN GOING ON FOR DECADES..😳👌
Thank you, for reporting.
I've never met a cop that wouldn't lie. Especially if his lips were moving.
Cops don't have to attend horrible training to know how to be jerks. Too many are already jerks and that's why they want to be cops.
Whats the name of the company??? Lets go after them!!
Street Cop Training is the name of the outfit. The blowback has been so bad, they had to file for bankruptcy in February.
@@jsedbe0624 Yet they are still scheduling and doing this Notsee brainwashing in spades. FLA last month!

DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!
It's enough of a challenge to garner public support for backing the blue as it is. Now it becomes that much tougher.
Impossible
All cops are bad
When I went through the academy (81) none of this would have been tolerated in the least.
We see you 👀
In America you need more training to become a hairdresser than a police officer.
I want peace officers. Not police.
Sheriff's, they're elected and can be fired for violating the Constitution.
@@thystaff742 Yea but you have to convince everyone to put pressure on the board. Its insane how often a board will just hand wave this kind of thing. Corruption runds deep.
Govt should be the STANDARD and LEAD BY EXAMPLE. Clean up the institutions NOW.
INVALIDATE THE TRAINING! IT IS ILLEGAL! Make it a negative mark, even an automatic suspension without pay if this training is taken by an officer.
Tim Kennedy is involved? Explains everything.
Join the Utah Militia.
Very sickening!!!!!!!!
Wait until you look into what they learn at the academy...
If I wanted to get away with crime I would become a cop in america
I am going to be suing a certain police department in utah. It's time to start auditing. Policing is about ticketing and collecting for their own benefit. It's them against Americans.
I bet the 13K was only the tuition, remember to add all the individual hours for each officer, some of which would be overtime, too
Hearing The audience laugh and loving it .... disgusting
Include them in all future lawsuits against cops they "trained".
Why would you send officers to this without first knowing what the training is?
The real question is, Why the DOJ is not investigating or pressing charges of treason to this company.
Don't they vet training programs before sending new officers to trainings?
Not once did any one of those police chiefs say this is bad for the people we serve.
Funny how it only becomes bad when the news media get a hold of it.
Absolutely it is this is exactly what they think of all of us
And will they be treated and judge fairly. Or will they just be pad in the back ?
I wonder if that group could be charged with sedition?
Not surprised to see Tim Kennedy up there... smh
This shouldn't surprise anyone.
Find which of your officers attended and tell them if they get a complaint or lawsuit using one of these tactics they lose their qualified immunity
Not surprised by this. This has been the culture of policing in the country for decades.
This indicates that there are serious problems with training review and vendor selection for these departments.
They knew about the class and knew what was happening. This is what they wanted. I believe the man he said “it’s an extension of the things they’re learning from academy. They’re training people to be psychopaths.
I can't believe this is still happening.
Not Surprised.
This is far more widespread than you think. This isn't the only outfit doing this.
“Taxpayer dollars…” Uh, whose money did you expect to spend?
Always believed that a pre disposition to tyranny and despotism is what drives them to join .
How does a City hire a company like this. Every training session a supervising officer needs to attend before you send officers in for training.
They are going to make enemies that will not respect their rights. What goes around, comes around.
Maybe the sheriffs should have checked this beforehand.
I saw this about a month ago and it's disgusting. Militarized police. Less 1984 and more 1776
All of the “Accreditation” companies out there should withdraw accreditation from any department that had used them.
If you are surprised by this at all, then you haven't been paying attention.
This has been happening for decades.
Desert Snow of out Oklahoma is another problem company.
The training of "foot soldiers" for a police state directly under our noses.
It wasn't a police state when black people were owned?
And a direct violation of the posse camitatus act
Sad fact is there are more seminars like this for police officers training
