For a sore throat:
1. One Bout of ginger - chew on it and swallow
2. One tea spoon of honey with critrus (just pinch the citrus on top of the honey and swallow. Bitter and sweet)
3. Melt 3 or 4 cough drops, make ginger tea, add honey and a tea spoon of citrus juice. Drink the mix. Your chest and throat might burn, but you'll be fine.
