When I was born, the day I was born started crying and sick every day continued until I was 6th year old. Both of them never stop taking me to my staying in my family house in one village to another village and town to town, they were very suffered because of me..
In my childhood I’m the spoiled boy in the family I’m always doing wrong but my parents love me to protect me from others... they were always follow what I want, sometimes they don’t have but they always try to get it for me. I stop my spoiled action when I turned 17th to 18th year old..
Sometimes I went out with my friends at night not back home until 9:00 o’clock to 11:00 o’clock my mom always waiting for me until I’m back.. she give my dinner when I’m full that time she is crying to tell the story about me when they were suffered through.. because of that she afraid of to let me went out at night.. but that time I act as a kids never realise what they were through. Until I went to course in the hostel stayed far away from my parents I started to think about love of the parents and my future. And now I’ve been 3th years far away from them I feel so hurt I want to hug them sleep in their arms again.. and I want to cook for them every day because when I was there I was so lazy never cook and clean my room and clothes..
I hope I get married soon to give them a beautiful grandchild so that they are happy..
Because I’m the only child that they have because of my future im far away from them right now..
When I’m alone i pray to god blesses my family and give them strong and healthy so that they can see their grandchild in this 2 years..

the Chinese believe that a clear and positive mind can cure your life of sick, diseases and negativity and that's why they practice meditation. hence they live long and healthy lifestyle. I wish i had the will power to meditate at lease an hour everyday.
yes!! I try to meditate each day and do qigong. It really helps me feel better and makes me a new person
idk if you ever heard about chi energy. u should look it up. I did and I tried it and was able to feel a ball of energy. kind of like a positive and negative magnet pushing away. it took some time and practice and allot of it was done with positivity of the mind and since that experience... it opened up my mind to how powerful the mind is when u use it

i lay in a comfortable position and loosen all the muscles in my body and breath in an out deeply while clearing my mind. i put my self somewhere safe and peaceful like i would imagine my self walking on the beach of my own private island or simply just sitting on the moon looking down at the world..that makes me see how small my problems and stress really are and it gives my subconscious a way to escape it. i do that sometimes before i fall asleep and i find that i wakeup in a good and positive mood. good luck

My husband has tinitus and this music helps him out so much. It doesn't cure him but it does relax him alot. Thank you for putting out this type of music. I love this type of music. It is so calm and not high pitched. I need more like this. Where can i find more? Please help.
