    Would these tips only work if one had a baby ??

      Breastfeeding is probably the only tip that would be exclusive to moms. Counting calories and including only one healthy habit each month would work for everyone! I strongly suggest using an app to count your calories for a whole month (without restricting) so you know what your baseline is. Once you know how much you’re actually eating in terms of calories you can decrease the next month. The important thing is to stay consistent for at least a month to see how your body is reacting to the change🫶🏻Hope that helps!
