The entire concert was absolute fire, they came to KILL.
Mic Drop, then "RUN BTS", then "Run" was the opening. Livestreaming cut out right at the beginning of "Run".

BTS just won the Duo/Group and 2 other catagories at the American Music Awards today. Last year they won the Artist of the Year (top) and they've been awarded for last 5 yrs at the AMA. Just for your info since you were asking about BigBang, they never won in any American or European awards.

This FREE concert was for the bidding for Busan for the World Expo 2030. Hybe paid all the preparations. About 52k army from all over the world there n the weverse n other online live streaming got crashed after few minutes and recovered after. Many online watches about 50 0ver millions and also outside the stadium where Jimin's father gave away coffee etc. Jimin n JK are from Busan , so they were performing at their hometown.
Which artist do FREE concert like BTS. Maybe 1 or 2 songs but not the entire almost 3 hrs concert.
There are many artists who are talented n make good music but BTS is sooo much loved by many for their mannerism, humble, generousity, love their fans and always wanting to give back and so true to themselves n others and ontop of it all, they are super talented n hard working.

context: the Busan govt invited them to do a concert in the city's bid to host World Expo in 2030. Also their last one before they enlist in the Korean military one by one. It is a must for every male citizen at a certain age. Also first time to perform Run BTS, a B-side in their recent anthology album. 50 M also watched livestream causing servers to crash on the third song.
Ugh and Cypher part 3 too, the energy's insane! Rap line supremacy!
It was first time they ever performed RUN BTS live (not "Run", which by the way was the 3rd song in the concert). There IS a dance practice video, but we just got that recently so no one had an idea of what the choreo was like until after the concert. Others have requested UGH, but do UGH followed by Cypher 3-Killer, which followed it. There is a fan cam somewhere on YT. It's the Rap Line only and crazy good. RM said last time they will ever perform Cyper 3. I wasn't there, but the entire concert was epic.
BTS are beyond GOATED. There I said it.

The stadium had a 50K capacity but you had to get the ticket beforehand the show. It was honestly pretty good for a free concert. And also guys the live band, are the same as Hobipalooza. They initially worked for J-Hope’s stage.

So every single ARMY were asking,hoping, wishing that there will be a choreo for Run BTS when PROOF album was released but no member gave a hint that they were preparing for something. So, when they performed it live for the first time, everyone went wild even those who were watching it online..😊😅 it was far more than what we expected (too bad this was not the title song of the album. But I guess they really chose YTC as the title song, since they were about to take a break as a group and we’re up to something really good in 2025)

Please never deny the truth to appease fans. 😉 Let's be honest: Not only among Kpop groups, but among all contemporary groups, they are, without a doubt, the GOAT. Whether you're talking of accolades, prizes, recognition, album sales, world records, dedication, talent, etc. In short, no matter what the criteria is, they already have it. No other group comes close. The title 🐐 is not only due them, it is long overdue.
Free or not, small or big, BTS always works to give the best of their best. That's how perfectionist they are.

I always enjoy your reactions. Your enthusiasm makes me smile. I absolutely love BTS and I’ve been an Army for 2 and a half years. I’m also from the Pacific NW. I grew up and still live in the Portland area.
Not you guys saying whichever kpop group has won a Grammy 💀 BTS are the ONLY "Kpop" group ever even nominated for a Grammy (as if this award is the Holy Grail...It's not), but their bag is SO full of awards and trophies already! Look up their trophy room at HYBE Insight. Literally Floor to ceiling trophies, not including the most recent ones they got at MMA and MAMA (at MAMA they were awarded a brand new trophy created just for them because no one else has ever swept all 4 Daesangs at a ceremony, let alone 3 years in a row!) I honestly can't stand the Grammy's and I don't feel like the guys need to prove anything else. They are masters of their craft and humble, generous souls to boot. If they want a Grammy, then I freaking want a Grammy for them too!

Regardging Run BTS, nobody saw that before. This concert was the premiere for this choreo.
And of course none of these groups won a Grammy, be fr. BTS and Sumi Jo (a soprano/opera singer) are the only Korean or kpop artists to be nominated to Grammys in history. BTS are the only to be nominated in general field. They never won, but this year they got another 3 nominations so who knows, maybe this year.
And regarding Lisa, she won at VMAs in category Best K-pop artist. Although even that raised big controversy, because BTS won the voting and VMAs has a rule that sponsors can select winners against the voting result. It kind of confirmed itself when Lisa won again at EMAs - a sister mtv award show in Europe, despite being ineligible basically (missed the tracking year by 2 weeks).

Please react to introduction of BTS members so you will know that they are naturally talented. Each of the members are hands on on their music production and composing lyrics, even choreography and directing to some of their mv's. Also watch all their dance practices and their achieve,ments globally. No other kpop group have surpassed their records. They are legends.
