Anyone answer??? Birds: I get why clipping their wings is cruel, taking away that great thing they were meant to do. My question is, doesn’t the wing feathers grow back relatively quickly or no? Sometimes it seems like people who talk about this topic make it sound like it’s a done deal once they are clipped like Charlie’s are.
