That beginning line with the compass totally confused me. I have no idea what was happening and couldn't see the lines the compass made. How did he measure with the compass to begin with? I understand very basic use of a compass and followed the rest of it I think. But it seems either there has to be an easier way or I really need to figure out that bottom part. 🤔

a marker will add kerf error.maybe he could put the paper on a light box
