Who wouldn't be ? Even for pros who train differents strats and hard 5v5 macros it was really hard to learn and most teams just suck at it compared to the top teams, heck even Zeus wasn't that good at first and during worlds he became the best at it.. So for a soloq player like baus it's hard and not fun, you don't even play normal lanes
I remember I was playing amateur-semi pro during the lane swaps of 2014-2015 and holy shit IT WAS SO BAD, I played both jungle and top for my team and I don't remember a time/meta I hated more, I still have nightmares about Shyvana/Renekton

like honestly, you have a guy that is really good on sidelane, you have psycho jungler, you have a playmaker on mid, and macro gigabrain on support, this team has crazy potential if they keep improving.. i really think that rekkles support will make this team worse, just because sheer macro knowledge and shotcalling that cadreal is doing
What they loose in macro shot all they win in having an actual support which is harder to learn than shotcalling. Also you don't necesarily need that much shotcall to be a good tema

(respectfully) and while it's 50/50 on whether Baus is giga carry or semi feeding. Baus is having his moments, his voli seems really good for this sort of style, as is sion.

Baus is a solo queue player, he has no prior experience with things like swaps, coordinated drafts and linking up with his mid/bot at the moment. He will pick these skills up as he plays in a team environment more. People are sort of rating him on the same scale as Caedrel, Nemesis and Crownie, but they all have pro experience. My main takeaway so far has been that Baus is very good mechanically and the enemy teams do actually consider him a threat, which is great considering that he is still making a bunch of easy to fix mistakes.

As in, a lot of NA, most of EU and KR throughout the year. A lot of it thanks to Caedrel giving great insight too. I’m sure with more time spent, Baus, someone as you say, with next to no experience in ANY of the coordinated playstyle and gimmicks of pro, will drastically improve. I can see his deaths dropping significantly and his tempo plays becoming seriously dangerous for enemies. This is so long as he takes the time to work on map awareness which Caedrel, Nemi etc will encourage. He is mechanically great, I mean, the dude makes Sion still look strong most days when he’s an entirely gutted champ. I just can’t wait to see this team in 2 months time tbh.
the problem is that he gets these ideas and then his ego wont let him back down he has to force it on the players even when they all disagree. baus and nemesis are both saying no rammus is a bad idea and caedral still wants to force them to try it. i agree that trying things out is necessary but there has to be a limit.

Similar to when IG TheShy ignored his coach and played flora against orders, this situation will happen if caedral keeps forcing them to do thing they don't want to. And again I'm not saying they can't try things out they definitely should, but like I said a line has to be drawn somewhere. Baus is already having a miserable time lane swapping, and forcing him to try plays that he thinks will be bad is very volatile. If it works out that's fine, but if it goes badly it could create more discontent in the team.

Only then did he explain why Baus should have committed to the play, because that's how teams function. Caedrel is just super smart in the art of communication. Baus playstyle is actually quite effective, in the sense that proxying in 1 v 1 at least. Bot is 2 v 1 and he was a galio against a blitz and jhin, that comp would never work. But I do see your point, professional athlete and a hobbyist are two different leagues altogether, especially mindset wise.
