Bud Has improved a Lot... but Did It Surpass Our Gacha? ... Bud and Gacha Looks Like a Similar app. Let's Discuss in the Video, what features Makes Bud so Good.
I started on bud, that’s where my character comes from. I’ve found that over the months the items have become more ‘pay to play.’ I took a break from making a game, and came back to an update where most of the important features of my build were now ‘premium only’ options. The game used to have clothing items be free but now, most of them cost gems. An in game currency that has to be purchased in the game. If you had clothing items that you made from before all the updates, you can’t switch the items over to be able to be payed by gems instead of free. There’s also an update where they limited the amount of clothing items, props, and outfit slots. If you had more than the amount you had to most likely delete some outfit slots or clothing items. If you wanted more? You guessed it! Premium. TLDR: Bud has become more pay to play, requiring premium to make the game plausible in many situations.
Another thing is that a lot of features in the game creation thingy are for premium only like importing photos and videos, and importing photos onto clothing. You also cant do posts without signing up
There is something similar I’m working on just like this. I’ve done a lot of Blender renders of my 3D Gacha models in the past (which look questionable, except for a recent few.) I still continue to develop and include a lot of the advanced rigging features to my exported models for engines tied to AAA games (graphics wise). This’ll probably wake up the entire Gacha community if done right and I don’t procrastinate. We’ll see…
Personnaly, BUD become very *beep*-ed up. It become a game that costs money. They took away a lot of important features like importing images meanwhile making clothes. I likes it before but I feel so mad at creators. But this video is so relateable!

Almost everything is under a paywall: including image import and symmetry tool on clothes, clothing models and building models. The thing is, the building models aren’t even exclusive to bud VIP. So, if you want those models, you have to pay more money for them.
Many features such as some building models, clothing models, image import on clothes and more are under a paywall. User-made clothing are now paid with gems, which you can get by spinning a wheel, getting donated or buying them yourself. If you are saving up or dont have the money for it, I suggest not redownloading it. But this is my opinion, so redownload it if you want!
Also, @WiseFoxRobin Are they going to update the PC Gacha life 2 app? Because on phones, people can use animated poses but, I don't have a phone and I only use PC version so, how can I get the animated pose update without downloading anything (idk if downloading anything works tho😭😭😭) and I'm a gacha youtuber too but, a small one.....and I would love to have GL2 Ocs animated poses bc I have some ideas...😭😭😭😭😭😭PLS HELP......
