2:23 meine woh standalone wala washbasin facewash aur handwash ke liye balcony mein lagaya hai... koi splash nahi hota, uske liye appropriate faucet cahiye, flexible wala... aur niche gande hote hai, par wohi cheez har basin mein hota hai... isme advantage hota hai ki niche ek drainage mat rakh do... pani, basin aur floor ke beech rahega aur woh jaldi evaporate ho jayega... kisi bhi cheez ka negative nahi, usko positively kese lagaye woh bolo

Tiles should be light colour.
Wash basin big so water doesn't spill.
Dust free paint
Dark colour sofas
Furniture dark colour
Wall paper
False ceiling creates cob web.
Avoid false ceiling.
Bathroom tiles.(Vetrified)
Put bigger drainer.
Wall unit (keep closed cabinets)
Dont keep fur carpets.
Stainless rugs.

Bro…dust to jitni aani hai aayegi, bas ye hai ki dikhegi ya nhi dikhegi. Its better ki dikhe so that ki ghar dust free ho ske. Like socks white ho to ek din me gandi ho jayegi or black ho to ek week bhi chalegi, but foot 🦶 to apne hi hai, clean socks pahnenge to infection free rahenge

Ghar bnane ki khusi maein admi bs karch krta hi jata hae .over budget bhi kr deta hae aur phir maintaince ka bhoj bhi ata hae . Ghar ka sapna sbka hae par still hmesha apni mehnat ki kmai ko dhyan se aur jitna simple rakh skaein utna simple rkhna chahaiye in my view .

One more suggestion.. Don't use kitchen tiles which has intricate works.. Coz the cooking oil flames gets stuck.. Which is very difficult to clean.. And don't use black colour tiles near kitchen stove.. .. Or behind the stove.. On black colour oil stains are not seen.. And within a period of time.. Its very difficult to clean the greasy oil stains.. If the tiles are white in colour.. One can make out the oil stains easily and clean it immediately..
