    Thank you for the video, it's what I needed to hear today. My small business started in 2020 while we were shut down in New York from Covid. So I turned a hobby into a business. Patience is the key Keep the videos coming!

    I’m a nurse and started making skin care products as a way to relieve stress. I have zero interest in the “business” side of things but i know it’s necessary to keep from going broke from buying products.

    Hi, I am thinking of starting alone but there are a whole lot of questions that come to my mind with hows and what ifs. I need to overcome those 😢. I want to ask you though, since soaps have a curing period, how do you manage orders (can be like your regular line or custom order placed by customers) that come to you with respect to the curing time. Thanks a lot for putting out videos, it helps and inspires us who want to start from square one. ❤

    I just found you today! I am having the exact same issue. I am a nurse, I started this "business" as a hobby and selling it just to be able to make more. I am sooo scared to take the next step. Its been a really fun ride, but I am nervous to take the next step. Thanks for sharing this video, it gives me a little hope.

      I waited to take the leap until I knew it was right. People say “ you’ll know when it’s right”… I would think to myself, yeah right. But, trust your instincts & if you listen to that little voice in your head you WILL know & things will fall into place. The magic happens outside of our comfort zone 💕 best of luck to you & your business 💕

      This is exactly me too! I feel like I have done everything backwards. I need my house back, and plan to build she shed/soap studio. I get busier each year. My business pays for itself but not really profitable that I can pay myself. I’m glad I found you today. I can’t wait to see what you create.

    I so feel your pain. I am constantly wondering how people with 400 sq ft of space and NO water make all the products they make in such a small limited area. We did the same as you. Small store front in a small town~ I love it~ (but I also have to do like you and sometimes just close to catch up) ??? what else can you do? It' shard to concentrate and focus on your bix needs exclusively, isn't it when you seem to have to much on your plate? Fingers crossed for your new venture!

    Hi love watching your business grow! How many square feet is your shop and soap area? Looking to set up shop in the future and worry about outgrowing if I buy too small of a shop! Thank you!!

    • @agirlagoat1193
      @agirlagoat1193  Год назад +1

      My current shop is about 700 sq ft. I would say a min of 1000 sq ft would be great for most soap making. Although, with organizing & storage solutions my size space would be better. It’s just very hard to scale & grow with the physical space 😉

    Question….? I to am an RN and FNP….. I made great money as an Rn ..plus more as FNP…… I make soap and pass out to staff and work coworkers …. They are always asking for me to make profession ….. but I never thought the time and money would make it worth while ….. do you really make more then as an RN …… …

      Hey!
      Yes, I was able replace my income as a nurse. Maybe one day I’ll do a video on soap business income…. It would be a little scary to put it out to the public so maybe make. Patreon and discuss business stuff in detail to private group or something 😉
