A classic smaller town recipe from Italy - Matrice from the province of Molise - that has been passed down from our mother who learned this from her mother on how to make Easter Bread - Italian style. As you will see the measurements are not exact but yet the taste, flavour, and presentation are exceptional. Sadly our mother passed away 3 months following thee making of this video and as a part of her legacy we wanted to share with you. This was done in Vancouver, Canada of March 2021.
