আপনার ভিডিও খুব উপকারি। 30' গভীরতার জন্য স্যান্ড পাইলিং আর গাছ পাইলিং এর মধ্যে কোনটা ভালো? মাটি খারাপ তবে কাস্ট ইন সিটু বা প্রি কাস্ট পাইলিং সম্ভব না বাজেট এর কারনে। জানালে উপকৃত হব। ধন্যবাদ।

@@civilengineermizan অনেক ধন্যবাদ। গাছ পাইলিং এর অসুবিধা কি কি, আর সেই তুলনায় স্যান্ড পাইলিং এর সুবিধা কতটুকু? জি+৩ বিল্ডিং। এখানে উত্তর দিলে খুব খুশি হব। তবে এমন ইকনোমিক পাইলিং এবং এগুলোর তুলনামূলক সুবিধা অসুবিধা নিয়ে আলাদা একটা ভিডিও বানানোরও অনুরোধ রইল।

আমার বিল্ডিং এর তিন পাশেই বাড়ি ঘর আছে। একটা বাড়ি পাঁচতলা একটা দুই তলা একটা চার তলা, আমার জমিটা এতদিন খালি পড়ে থাকায়, সবাই আমার সীমানা দেওয়ার সাথে লাগিয়ে বাড়ি করেছে, এখন আমি সেন্ট পাইল করলে ওদের বিল্ডিংয়ের কোন সমস্যা হবে কিনা বা ওরা কোনো অবজেকশন দিবে কিনা ?????? ওদের বাডির দেয়াল ফেটে যাওয়া বা বাড়ির মেঝে ফেটে যাওয়ার কোনো রিক্স আছে কিনা ???
