Wolves failed to capitalize on phenomenal efforts from their role players (Mcdaniels in Game 1 and Naz in Game 2) because their star players utterly failed to step up and uphold their side of the bargain. The games were only close because the Mavs' role players failed to hit the wide open chances from the 3 that Luka and Kyrie provided in abundance. I'm pretty sure the Mav's role players will start to hit their 3s. Not so sure if ANT and KAT will figure things out before it's too late. Wolves failed to capitalize on phenomenal efforts from their role players (Mcdaniels in Game 1 and Naz in Game 2) because their star players utterly failed to step up and uphold their side of the bargain. The games were only close because the Mavs' role players failed to hit the wide open chances from the 3 that Luka and Kyrie provided in abundance. I'm pretty sure the Mav's role players will start to hit their 3s. Not so sure if ANT and KAT will figure things out before it's too late. Series isn't over, but things look pretty bad for the Wolves.
