This program, this performance show the true potential of Figure Skating, the true purpose of Figure Skating with difficult technical elements, not just the jumps but steps, spins, everything. Thank you for your nice reaction! It's true, this program expresses different emotions, there's a wonderful interview in which his choreographer Shae-Lynn Bourne tell what he wanted to express. It is also a masterpiece of performance and technique, for example there are only 5 or 6 crossovers in the whole program, it means he gains speed without needing to take long empty runs. There is currently no skater (m/f) capable of performing a complex program like this.

Rondo Capriccioso is without a doubt one of my favorite short programs, technically it is very complex and artistically it is beautiful, but uniquely he achieves (in my opinion) that combination, even if you don't know how technically this program is perfect one understands that he has a special talent. That's Hanyu.
omg.... Thank you... Thank you... Thank you so much for the reaction! This is my Fav SP, the most difficult SP that only have 6 crossover. he is make a sport that looks like an art, a true masterpiece, his jump into spin and his arm movements in the spin is matches perfectly with the musical notes.
Yuzuru's triple axis was considered a perfect execution because of his counter-entry which is quite difficult to execute. Rondo Capriccioso is a beautiful performance. Your reactions are great ✨

Aunque Yuzuru patinó perfecto este programa los jueces no le dieron las calificaciones que él merecía, le quedaron a deber. A huge score that was well deserved and at the same time a surprise to his fans because his federation always downplays his true value until last year. He won the title of Japanese champion for the 6th time with a points distance from the runner-up of 26+ points. And consider that the runner-up was the 2018 Olympic silver medalist and a favorite of the federation. I have the impression that with this score they put pressure on him to take part in the Beijing Olympics. We all knew the gold was already a given, but they needed the presence of the athlete who draws crowds like a magnet. Thank you for another beautiful reaction and sorry for my verbiage!
I agree about the Olympic people wanting him to draw in the viewers in Beijing. But I don't think they counted on the reaction he got and how he totally overshadowed the podium boys. The Chinese fans were awesome in their support and in representing Yuzu's worldwide fans. And look where he is now!!! He's a superstar who can fill 50,000 seat stadiums for a one man show and he's only getting bigger.
@@tonya--7704 I totally agree that it backfired on them in a way they didn't expect. They thought he would be humiliated and instead he left as a hero even without a medal. Olympics have kept a good attitude towards him, he is still a big star of theirs and they respect him. Always grateful to his Chinese fans. Incredible fan club!!! The ones who failed in their goal were the ISU and his federation. And yes Yuzu has spread his wings and is finding his way away from their political games and corruption.
