Quiero decir, por ejemplo, aquí tu clasificas mestizos y de raza negra tal cual, pero en otros países, ambos entran en la misma definición.
Si tienes sólo un padre de raza negra, en algunos serás considerado mestizo, como en Dominicana o Sudáfrica, pero en EUA o Reino Unido, serás considerado totalmente como parte de la raza negra, un ejemplo muy famoso de ello: Lewis Hamilton, considerado el primer campeón de F1 de raza negra, no? Pero él en realidad es mestizo, sólo su padre es de raza negra, su mamá es blanca, pero nadie dice que es mestizo.
Entonces, aquí, al parecer se basan en estadísticas sacadas de los propios países, que como ya dije, los clasifican de distinta manera, por eso muchos datos como que resaltan y parecen falsos (como Brasil o Francia, también por ejemplo, que son números, al parecer, muy bajos).

Percentages are crazy though, this should be done with actual numbers. For example, 4% of Botswana population is 105 200, but 1% of the population of Nigeria is 2 185 000, meaning there is just 100 000 non black people in Botswana, but 2 000 000 non black people in Nigeria. This why i don't like statistics.

I'm sorry, but these figures don't make sense at all. Most of them are inaccurate, to say the least. Besides, one has to agree on what is the definition of "Black".
I was thinking the same thing. I don’t think the metric that was used for this was based on just having visibly dark skin because India would have a lot higher percentage than was listed. Also, I have read comments saying that people of “mixed races” are not considered black. But who in the United States, Canada and other countries outside of Africa are %100 “black”? I would posit that very very few people are. So it now circles back to their metric possibly being people having visibly dark skin and course, curly hair are considered black. But as you know there are always exceptions so, my thought is that the attempt to categorize people as being “black” or anything for that matter is futile.

Census in Mexico don't count the race, only age and state you live, but it's estimate that between 1% and 5% of the population is black, in the state of Oaxaca there's even entire communities of Africanmexican population.
And with the migration from Caribbean, especially from Haiti, this number probably would growth (of course, not so much but in 5 or 10 years, could be 0.5% more than now).
