Excluding ticket promos, a Japanese fan pointed out in Twitter recently that Moment Ring still has the highest sales record in the whole franchise plus no one's even voting enough for Aqours in an unofficial voting for 2020 Olympics performer while Muse is up on the top of the list. AND despite all that, I'm not even saying that Muse is the best.
I feel like Next Sparkling is pretty much the Boku Hika for Aqours - it really embodies what they decided to do after the graduation of the third years and is pretty much the last song we saw in the anime canon with all nine original members
Tbh I questioned whether Kanatan had thicker eyebrows, then the first OP played... Btw the CGI Model for Aqours made it as close to the 2D, Meanwhile for Muse it looked like they were different.
The 3d animation has definitely gotten much better over the last 10 years, but I think the "problem" with the early stuff isn't so much the quality of the animation as the intermittent rotoscoping. If there weren't the sudden shifts into and out of hand-drawn overlays, it wouldn't be half as jarring.
Ikr, when I first saw the CGI of Muse It looked sooo weird and awful but the anime slip-ins compensated for it. Then Aqours came and I really loved the CGI there, it was pleasant to look at. And then came the Nijigasaki anime, MY JAW DROPPED AND IT LOOKED 3D BUT WAS CLOSE TO AN ANIME STYLE (looks like 3d and 2d combined)
I pick the same parts for most songs (the very start, the first verse, the first chorus) and not necessarily highlights. If the song came up a second time I would focus on highlights or high quality animation parts
Usually torrents work for the highest quality... but they rarely work. A lot of PVs are available on Lantis' channel, but they are watermarked. Torrenting is the best way. If you're okay with watermarks... anime hosting sites will offer most of them.
I'm on seafood diet. I see food and eat it the first song Aqours released was Kimi no Kokoro. Mijiku Dreamer is just the first song the fulll group actually performed together in the anime but Kokoro was later used again in the anime during season 2
