I also went bottom line on Berserkers ...the secret is their warpath you have to build up in a match. Start with small engagements and go gradually bigger in the match until they become unstoppable.
I agree Shiladar is good but not worth for the leadership cost and same goes for sipahi and I use them as flanking units or used them when there are friend units around me. In my experience they greatly suffer from with hero cc. And also there are a lot units that can counter them with very minimal resistance. A lot of people went top line for the shilader but I went bottom line for the immunity of dazed kinda nice and all those defence to resist current meta and also I like to use shilader with current longsword to keep them alive and they do all the cc for me.
FYI, Shield Maidens are classed as spear units and not sword and shield. sword and shield doctrines dont work on them. so they can have the heal doctrine, 400 block, 250 block + 200% block recovery etc

Where does it say which certain units "promote" from others? I read the info that pops up when you hover over the icon, but it doesn't say exactly which units are for which promotions.
I’ll have to double check, But here are your promotable units Spear sergeants = stalwarts Men at arms = Paladins Halberdiers = landsknects Yeomen = Armiger Lancers Firelancers = Liaos Rangers
No matter what these units are your main goal: nampkin archers, paladins, stalwarts, armgirs, kheshigs, (the duel wield blade calv) aszaps, and condottieris. Those are the meta units to use. The rest is up to u.
Till i got all the challenges for the pavese done i earn more then enough to unlock them via Unit-tree. Thats maybe worth mention. Your Visa maybe say thats not true but it actually is :)
Dude, you are so wrong about season 4 units, they are all awesome ...Silahdars you just need to know how to play with them and that last purple trateez is super important btw. Sipahis go, topline vet ..much cheaper option than t5 counterpart..3000 hours behind this comment lolz

You do, but its far better to buy the unit with honour first, as you get a free barrack slot if you do so. Honour is easy to grind, barrack slots are priceless.
Something funny i recognize: look at the Armour of the Sipahis horse. The beginning of the tail is protected. So there has to be someone in history who has hit the horse on that exact point. Imagine being in a Combat trying to hit the Tail of the horse, being successful with that, so after that all the Horses get the extra Armour on there tail so that will never happen again. Kinda funny.
You said zykalian militia isn't really worth anything, i think they're better than most people think. They cc everything they hit, so if you want to push/defend a point you can just throw into the blob and everything in there drops its block. Nothing can defend itself. Ez free point

random question. does anyone knows why is it that my stalwarts and my paladins are named differently ? (loyal guard for stalwarts and some name i dont remember for the paladins ..) forgive my bad english..
@@Zimster im on the SA server man, but my game is on english, cuz it is so much easier to understand stuff in english than portuguese, since chinese games translations to portuguese are gross !!!!!!!! and so all the units name are the same as i see from youtube foreign chanels; except for these two (only these two that i have noticed so far, that is..) and because of that i had so much trouble finding where these challenges were located, you know.. because i saw your other videos recommending them and couldnt find those names on the season challenge units !! until i see this video, and realized where they're at(i mean confirmed, since i was already starting to suspect that loyal guard=stalwarts and the other name that i forgot=paladins)

Man-at-arms and spear sergeants have cover commander and are a very small bit faster then their upgraded from but paladins and stalwarts are still much better even though they don’t have that.not sure if that was your question exactly but I think this is what you meant.
I would love to but I don’t play enough currently to know the meta and rankings. I pass my legacy onto the next person. Hopefully they do some justice with good information to help players. I’m currently very busy with school, work, and family. I encourage any other content creator to do one.
Kochirin is good to Sally out in seige I got 3 of my housemate decide to use them to harasse the entire attacking team. They are so annoying unlike melee cav they shot and that already pissed some people. The falconeti if you use bottom line you almost must have a partner in vc. You put a shield wall (imp shield or stalwart not brace) and put falconeti behind them and you aim a bit front from your target to score perfect hit. In the bottom line you get more health, movement speed, ammo, plus 2 more unit. They don't really need accuracy because they already shot stuff 10 feet from them. And we want to try to use berserker on TW at wall to see if they can deal a lot of damage. I also luv season 3 miss TheSecondOrder RIP and during season 3 remember ming ming ming ming ming ming. Sorry if my English not the best

theyre good in tight locations, like siege towers and gateways etc. dont yeet them into fights alone. if there are fights ongoing, they shine as they wont be the only target
Another thing, i would personally suggest going top line. i maxed them day 1 (kerching ;p) and tried both lines. top line 2nd from last node 'can attack +1 unit with each attack' makes all the difference. it outweighs the extra damage the bottom line gets + the extra heal is always needed
@@Kyriostang true with the new stun for forts and falconeti, it’s really good I prefer s5 because you are getting so good unit the paladins and stalwarts alone are really good. And if you have the skill siphonorioi are devastating
Don’t take this in a rude way but maybe a few or more seasons ago they would have been really good but with the huge nerf kehsigs had a whole back + the fact we have liaos and hussars which need much less challenges done and much easier to get then Khesigs they aren’t the best even with the leadership reduce.

This depends a lot on how you USE youe falcos. If you like to get them in the mixer go top - accuracy means everything here, 10 units hitting the enemy does more damage than 2 hitting the enemy and 10 hitting open space. If you like to sit on supply and use the falcos to suppress the enemy, go bottom. Accuracy dosnt help when you actually want you shot spread out to have more chance of hitting something - in which case 12 cannon balls downrange at a time is better than 10 cannon balls!
Dunno if you actually use Silas, but I never understood how to use them to get enough value out of them. While they do a lot of damage, with no block, they die just as fast. And they get CC'd so easily.
@@DeceitfulRage I do actually use them you just have to use your head when you use them (obviously) they can be walking executioners if used correctly part of me wants to say they are ability reliant but they can do decent in pure melee but they are a great flank or if enemies are battering up against a shield wall you can melt them from the safety of your defenses Hopefully this makes sense.

Unlocking the promotional unit should unlock the unit in the unit tree.
bersekers bottom line is alot stronger than top tbh. The frenzy bar is the main thing about these dudes. they are for pushing with the other dudes.

For beginners, stalwarts, paladins and armiger lancers are all great t4 to aim for and use to get ahead in sieges

Season 6 landsknetchs , love them , killed berserkers easily with charge and assassin never dare kill you while you're in the middle of them

Doesnt anyone think berserkers are hard to use? I cant seem to get a good game with them.
Try using them vs pikes and shields, also try taping v when they attack I feel it boosts their rage faster
