I've tried a dozen different combinations and I may have some of the ones that you use but I can't get that surge I can get close it'll start to build but it won't go and I'm starting to get really pissed off

Yea i am so frustrated with this one!!!! I've tried Noelle, I've tried Navia, I've tried no Kazuha and 3 hydros. Highest score is 3500
